Կառավարությունն իր այսօրվա նիստում Հայաստանում «Ոստիկանության տեսալուսանկարահանող էլեկտրոնային համակարգերի կառավարման կենտրոն» պետական ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպություն ստեղծելու մասին որոշում կայացրեց: Վարչապետ Փաշինյանն էլ հայտարարեց, որ դրանով փակվում է «Սեքյուրիթի Դրիմ» ընկերության դարաշրջանը, ասել է թե՝ ականատես ենք լինում հերթական մասնավոր ընկերության պետականացմանը:

Դա իր հերթին մատուցվում է այնպես, ասես մի սարսափելի կոռուպցիոն դարաշրջան էր, որը իշխանությունները մի կերպ չորս տարի հանդուրժել են և այժմ էլ նրանց համբերության բաժակը լցվել է և որոշել են սույն դարաշրջանի վերջը տալ:  Այս ամենը, իհարկե, զավեշտալի է, եթե հաշվի առնենք, թե հեղափոխությունից հետո մեկ անձից գնման ընթացակարգով քանի միլիարդ դրամ են Փաշինյանի ենթակաները, այս կամ այն պետական կառույցների ղեկավարները ուղարկել Սաշիկ Սարգսյանի անվան հետ կապված այս ընկերության քսակը: Այժմ էլ որոշել են փակել տվյալ դարաշրջանը, ինչը նշանակում է միայն այն, որ այսուհետ այդ դարաշրջանը բացվելու է իրենց և իրենց թիմակիցների համար: Սաշիկի գրպանը ուղարկվող գումարները այսուհետ կհոսեն այլ խողովակներով և փաստացի կտնօրինվեն Փաշինյանի յուրայինների կողմից:

Ի՞նչ է շահելու այս փոփոխությունից շարքային քաղաքացին. բնականաբար, ոչինչ, ավելին՝ նա դառնալու է նոր տուգանքի մատերիալ, քանի որ, ինչպես նշվում է նախագծում, կազմակերպությունը տեխնիկական միջոցների օգտագործմամբ օժանդակելու է հանցագործությունների և վարչական իրավախախտումների հայտնաբերմանը, ճանապարհային երթևեկության անվտանգության ապահովման բնագավառի վարչական իրավախախտումների գործերով վարույթի նախապատրաստական աշխատանքների իրականացնմանը,  իսկ այլ դեպքերում՝ լիազոր մարմնի պահանջով տեսալուսանկարահանող համակարգերով հավաքված տեղեկություններ տրամադրելու միջոցով օժանդակելու է վարույթին։ Սա նշանակում է, որ կարող է թանկանալ նաև ԱՊՊԱ-ն, իսկ դա էլ միանշանակ ենթադրում է, որ ապագա անշուշտ կա, մնում է հասկանալ՝ ում համար...։

Ժամանակին Փաշինյանն այս ընկերությունն անվանում էր Սաշիկ Սարգսյանի բիզնեսը, իսկ նրա կողմից հավաքված գումարները համարում թալան, փաստորեն, իրավիճակ է փոխվել, և այսօր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իրենով է անում Սաշիկ Սարգսյանի բիզնեսը:
