Փորձաքննությամբ հաստատվել է՝ «Եռաբլուրում» վնասվածքներ են ստացել, 20 ծնող վարույթով տուժող է ճանաչվել

Դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությամբ հաստատվել է՝ «Եռաբլուր»-ում ոստիկանության գործողությունների հետևանքով զոհված զինծառայողների ծնողներից հինգը մարմնական վնասվածքներ են ստացել՝ մարմնի տարբեր հատվածներում։ Այս մասին «Փաստինֆո»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց զոհված զինծառայողների ծնողների ներկայացուցիչ, փաստաբան Վահան Հովհաննիսյանը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ սեպտեմբերի 21-ին՝ ՀՀ Անկախության օրը վաղ առավոտյան ոստիկանության ծառայողներն անհամաչափ բենի ուժի գործադրմամբ «Եռաբլուր»-ից բերման են ենթարկել 37 քաղաքացու՝ զոհված զինծառայողների ծնողներին, որոնք ցանկանում էին թույլ չտալ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ մուտք գործել պանթեոն՝ նշելով, որ իրենց որդիների մահվան մեղավորը չի կարող մուտք գործել «Եռաբլուր»։

Ոստիկանությունից հայտնել են, որ նրանք բերման են ենթարկվել՝ Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ օրենսգրքի 182-րդ հոդվածի հիմքով՝ ոստիկանների օրինական պահանջը չկատարելու համար, թեեւ տեսանյութերում պարզ երեւում է, որ ոստիկանները որեւէ պահանջ չեն ներկայացրել, նախ ուժի գործադրմամբ բերման են ենթարկել հայրերին, ապա նաեւ՝ մայրերին։ Ոստիկանների գործողությունների հետևանքով զոհված զինծառայողների մայրերից հինգը ստացել են տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներ։
Դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 441-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշներով, այն է՝ պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից իշխանական կամ ծառայողական լիազորությունները կամ դրանցով պայմանավորված ազդեցությունը չարաշահելը կամ լիազորություններն անցնելը, որը կատարվել է բռնություն գործադրելով։

Փաստաբան Վահան Հովհաննիսյանը «Փաստինֆո»-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց, որ ստացվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության եզրակացությունը, որով հաստատվել է, որ ծնողներից հինգը ստացել են մարմնական վնասվածքներ՝ մարմնի տարբեր հատվածներում։ Քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում 20 ծնող արդեն տուժող է ճանաչվել։ Առ այս պահը որևէ ոստիկանի դեռևս մեղադրանք չի առաջադրվել։
