«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ ՀՀ նախկին գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը մինչ օրս անգործ է: 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 15-ին պաշտոնին հրաժեշտ տված նախկին գլխավոր դատախազը ոչնչով չի զբաղվում, իսկ թե ինչու, եւ ինչքան կտեւի այս պարապուդը, դժվար է ասել: Իհարկե, տարբեր տեղեկություններ սպրդեցին նրա ու քաղաքական իշխանության հարաբերությունների, ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների մասին, սակայն վերջին պահին ամեն ինչ իրար է խառնվել:

Կարելի է ասել, որ Արթուր Դավթյանի եւ քաղաքական իշխանությունների հարաբերություններն այդքան էլ լավ չեն. նրան դեռ որեւէ այլ աշխատանք կամ պաշտոն չեն առաջարկել: Ի դեպ, «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրել էր, որ 2013 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 13-ին, երբ գլխավոր դատախազ Աղվան Հովսեփյանը հրաժեշտ տվեց պաշտոնին, բավականին սրտառուչ քայլ կատարեց՝ համբուրելով դատախազության դուռը, ձեռքերը միացրեց, ինչպես աղոթքի ժամանակ, խոնարհվեց եւ հեռացավ դատախազությունից, սակայն Արթուր Դավթյանը հեռացավ առանց խոնարհվելու ու աղոթելու, եւ հիմա էլ պարապուրդի մեջ է»:
