Քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության ֆինանսավարկային և մտավոր սեփականության ոլորտում կատարվող հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի բաժնում ստացվել էին տեղեկություններ կեղծ վարորդական վկայականներ տրամադրելու վերաբերյալ, որոնց հիման վրա Մասիսի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվեց քրեական վարույթ: Այս մասին հայտնում է ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը։

Հետագա համատեղ գործողությունների արդյունքում ձեռք բերվեցին փաստական տվյալներ, որ մի խումբ անձինք չարաշահել են չորս քաղաքացու վստահությունը և հափշտակել խոշոր չափերով գումար՝ խարդախության հետևյալ մեխանիզմով։ Առանց քննության վարորդական իրավունքի վկայականներ ստանալու պատրվակով նրանք քաղաքացիներից պահանջել էին 125-ից 250 հազար դրամ, այնուհետև տրամադրել վարորդական իրավունքի կեղծ վկայականներ՝ հափշտակելով ընդհանուր 875 հազար դրամ:

Քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում իրականացվել են մի շարք դատավարական գործողություններ, հայտնաբերվել են վարորդական իրավունքի կեղծ վկայականներ, երկու անձ էլ ձերբակալվել է։ Հանգամանքները նախաքննությամբ պարզվում են։

Ի դեպ, սա վարորդական իրավունքի վկայականներ ստանալու հետ կապված խարդախության առաջին դեպքը չէ: Մեր քաղաքացիներին հորդորում ենք վարորդական իրավունքի վկայական ձեռք բերել բացառապես օրինական ճանապարհով:
