Դիետոլոգ, սննդաբան Նատալյա Նեֆեդովան Sputnik ռադիոյին տված հարցազրույցում զգուշացրել է կոֆեինի վտանգի մասին։ Նրա խոսքով՝ մարդկանց որոշ խմբեր պետք է հատկապես զգույշ լինեն օրական խմած սուրճի և թեյի քանակի նկատմամբ։

«Կոֆեինի քանակը կարևոր է այն մարդկանց համար, ովքեր զգայուն են դրա նկատմամբ. շատ սուրճ կամ թեյ խմելով՝ նրանք կարող են զգալ սրտի զարկերի հաճախականությունը: Սա կարևոր է նաև նրանց համար, ովքեր տառապում են հիպերտոնիայով, քանի որ կոֆեինը կարող է հանգեցնել արյան բարձր ճնշման: Հղի կանայք չպետք է օրական մեկ բաժակից ավելի սուրճ խմեն։ Այրոց ունեցող մարդիկ կարող են նաև արձագանքել կոֆեինի ավելցուկային քանակությանը»,- ասել է Նեֆեդովան։

Մասնագետի կարծիքով՝ կոֆեինի չափից ավելի սպառման հետևանքները կարող են լինել քնի և նյարդայնության հետ կապված խնդիրները։

Ցրտաշունչ օրը տաքանալ ցանկացողներին Նեֆեդովան խորհուրդ է տվել նախապատվությունը տալ անվնաս բուսական ըմպելիքներին՝ օրինակ՝ երիցուկի կամ անանուխի թեյին։ «Դուք կարող եք բաժակի մեջ ավելացնել խնձոր և դարչին, որպեսզի այս ըմպելիքն ավելի հետաքրքիր լինի», - առաջարկել է նա:
