 Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդգծում է, որ Ադրբեջանի նախագահը դրժում է տարբեր հանդիպումների ժամանակ ձեռքբերված պայմանավորվածությունները:

Փաշինյանն այդ մասին խոսեց ՀՀ կառավարության նիստում ունեցած ելույթում:

«Ադրբեջանի նախագահն ինքն է դրժում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի համապարփակ հասցեագրման պայմանավորվածությունը, որը ձեռք է բերվել 2021 թվականի դեկտեմբերին, Բրյուսելում: Ադրբեջանի նախագահը ինքն է դրժում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակի հարցը անժամկետ հետաձգելու տարբերակը, որի վերաբերյալ պայմանավորվածությունը ձեռք է բերվել 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերին ՌԴ նախագահի միջնորդությամբ: Ադրբեջանի նախագահը ինքն է խախտում 2021 թվականի նոյեմբերի 26-ին Սոչիում ընդունված հայտարարությունը եւ դրժում ձեռքբերված պայմանավորվածությունը, համաձայն որի Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի միջեւ սահմանազատման գործընթացը պետք է ընթանա սահմանային անվտանգության ապահովման պայմաններում եւ բացառի ցանկացած էսկալացիա: Ադրբեջանի նախագահը ինքն է դրժել 2021 թվականի դեկտեմբերին Բրյուսելում ձեռքբերված պայմանավորվածությունը, համաձայն որի ամենավտանգավոր հատվածներում պետք է իրականացվեր զորքերի հայելային ետքաշում»,- մանրամասնեց Փաշինյանը՝ բացատրելով, թե ինչով է պայմանավորված Ադրբեջանի նման քաղաքականությունը:

Նրա գնահատմամբ՝ Ադրբեջանն այդպիսով շարունակում է ցեղասպանի ագրեսիվ քաղաքականությունը: Վարչապետն ընդգծեց, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայության ցեղասպանության նախապատրաստության շրջանակներում է Ադրբեջանի նախագահը Հայաստանին մեղադրում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում բանակ ունենալու մեջ: «Նախ պիտի արձանագրեմ, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում բանակ չունի, եւ Ադրբեջանն ինքն է մերժել այս հարցը պարզաբանելու համար Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ դիտորդական առաքելություն ուղարկելու առաջարկը, որը ես արել եմ սույն թվականի հոկտեմբերի 6-ին Պրահայում: Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում Հայաստանի բանակ չկա, կա Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի պաշտպանության բանակ, որը թերեւս լուրջ խոչընդոտ է ցեղասպան քաղաքականությունը կյանքի կոչելու համար: Իմ ընկալումն այն է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայությունը բանակ ունի միայն ու միայն ցեղասպանության ենթարկվելու վտանգի պատճառով»,- ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Նա հայտնել է, որ հոկտեմբերի 31-ին Սոչիի եռակողմ հանդիպման ժամանակ ներկայացրել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի իշխանությունների առաջարկն այս թեմայով. Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շուրջ ստեղծել ապառազմականացված գոտի, միջազգային երաշխիքներով, որի արդյունքում նման մասշտաբի պաշտպանության բանակ ունենալու կարիք ԼՂ-ն կարող է եւ չունենալ: Վարչապետի խոսքով՝ այդ առաջարկը շարունակում է ուժի մեջ մնալ:
