ՀՀ ազգային ժողովի ընդդիմադիր «Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Սեյրան Օհանյանը համարում է, որ ընդդիմադիրները փողոցային պայքարի ընթացքում շատ կարևոր գործ են արել, օրինակ՝ գեներացրել են իրենց համակիրների, ժողովրդի պայքարի ոգին, միջազգային հանրությանը ցույց են տվել, որ հայ ժողովուրդն ի վիճակի է շարունակել պայքարել Հայաստանի ինքնության համար, իսկ հիմա համակիրներն իրենց մանդատ են տվել, որ գործունեությունը շարունակեն ԱԺ-ում: Օհանյանն այս մասին ասաց ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում՝ անդրադառնալով տևական բոյկոտից հետո ընդդիմության վերադարձին խորհրդարան:

«Մենք փողոցում, կարծում եմ, որ մեկ շատ կարևոր գործ արեցին՝ գեներացրեցինք մեր համակիրների և մեր ժողովրդի պայքարի ոգին, երկրորդը՝ միջազգային հանրությանը ցույց տվեցինք, որ հայ ժողովուրդն ի վիճակի է շարունակել պայքարելու Հայաստանի ինքնության համար: Եվ երրորդը՝ եթե ժամանակավրեպ ինչ-որ փաստաթղթեր պետք է ստորագրվեին, մենք կանխարգելեցինք: Հիմա փողոցային գործընթացներն ավարտվել են, և մեր համակիրները մեզ մանդատ են տվել, որ մենք շարունակենք մեր գործունեությունն ԱԺ-ում: Դրա համար մենք ԱԺ-ում շարունակելու ենք աշխատել այն օրակարգով, որը մեզ անհրաժեշտ է»,-ասաց Օհանյանը:

Նա հիշեցրեց, որ Հայաստանի իրական օրակարգը արտախորհրդարանական քննարկումներում իրենք արդեն ներկայացրել են հանրությանը: Դրանք վերաբերում են անվտանգությանը, Արցախին, պաշտպանությանը, դրանք վերաբերելու են սոցիալական խնդիրներին, տնտեսության վիճակին, պետական կառավարմանը  և այլն: Խմբակցության ղեկավարը վստահեցրեց, որ իրենց օրակարգում է մնում նույն խնդիրը՝ գործող իշխանությանը հեռացնելը, կորուստները, անհաջողությունները  կանխելը: Ընդդիմադիրները, եթե գտնեն, որ կան թեմաներ, որոնց քննարկմանը պետք է մասնակցել, կմասնակցեն, կհայտնեն իրենց տեսակետը, իրենք ևս կարող են արտահերթ նիստեր նախաձեռնել:

Անդրադառնալով հարցին՝ գուցե մտավախություն են ունեցել բացակայությունների պատճառով մանդատից զրկվելու և դրա համա՞ր են վերադառնում խորհրդարան՝ խմբակցության ղեկավարն ասաց. «Այդ մանդատները մեզ տվել են մեր գաղափարակիցները՝ ՀՀ շուրջ 300 հազար քաղաքացիներ, և մենք պարտավոր ենք այդ մանդատը կրել և ժողովրդի կարծիքը, տեսակետներն արտահայտել նաև ԱԺ-ում: Մեզ մոտ ոչ մի պատգամավորի, այդ թվում ինձ համար մանդատի, պատգամավորական անձեռնմխելիության հետ կապված ոչ մի մտավախություն չկա»:

Նա կարծում է՝ եթե իրենք պատգամավոր են, ապա պետք է այդ մանդատներն ամբողջությամբ կիրառեն ժողովրդի տեսակետն արտահայտելու համար:
