Երգչուհի Մադոննան անկեղծ ֆոտոշարք է հրապարակել, որում կիսամերկ կեցվածք է ընդունել՝ կուրծքը փակելով Balenciaga պայուսակով։ Համապատասխան նկարներով աստղը կիսվել է իր սոցիալական ցանցերում։

64-ամյա երգչուհին տնային ֆոտոսեսիա է կազմակերպել և կադրերով կիսվել իր անձնական բլոգի բաժանորդների հետ։ Նկարներում Մադոննան կեցվածք է ընդունում ժանեկավոր վարտիքով, սև գուլպաներով և մեծ չափսերով արևային ակնոցներով։ Որպես հիմնական աքսեսուար՝ երգչուհին օգտագործել է Balenciaga-ի նոր հավաքածուի մոտ 3000 դոլար արժողությամբ պայուսակը։

Երգչուհու երկրպագուները բաժանվել են երկու ճամբարի. մինչ ոմանք գովաբանում էին Մադոննային «լավ ժամանակ անցկացնելու համար», մյուսները դատապարտում էին աստղին «իր տարիքին համապատասխան չլինելու համար»։ Գտնվել են նաև այնպիսիք, ովքեր հորդորել են երգչուհուն դադարեցնել նման «անհանգստացնող» նկարների հրապարակումը։

«Մարդիկ արհամարհում են կնոջը, ով հրաժարվում է նրբագեղ ծերանալ»,- գրել է հետևորդներից մեկը,  ինչին մեկ ուրիշը պատասխանել է. «Ոչ ոք չի ցանկանում տեսնել ծեր կնոջը ներքնազգեստով, նույնիսկ եթե դա Մադոննան է»: «Մադոննան երբեք չի արել այն, ինչ ուրիշներն են ցանկացել, և ինձ դուր է գալիս, որ հիմա նա պատկառելի տատիկ չէ», - գրել է աստղի մեկ այլ բաժանորդ:
