ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության հինգերորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 538-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որի շրջանակներում ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ և անհետաձգելի քննչական և վարութային այլ գործողություններ՝ մեքենան վարելու կանոնները խախտելու արդյունքում մեկ զինծառայողի մահվան և մի քանի զինծառայողների մարմնական վնասվածքներ պատճառելու դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:

Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք Քննչական կոմիտեի լրատվական ծառայությունից, նախնական տվյալներով, 2022 թվականի նոյեմբերի 16-ին ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայողը իր կողմից վարած «Կամա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով, անձնակազմին զորամասից կրակային դիրք տեղափոխելու ճանապարհին, խախտել է տրանսպորտային մեքենա վարելու կանոնը, որի արդյունքում մեքենան կողաշրջվել է, ինչի հետևանքով զինծառայողներից մեկը ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներից մահացել է, իսկ մյուսները ստացել են տարբեր մարմնական վնասվածքներ և տեղափոխվել են կայազորային զինվորական հոսպիտալ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
