ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում ձեռնարկվում են քննչական և վարութային գործողություններ՝ օրեր առաջ Երևան քաղաքի Քանաքեռ 6-րդ փողոցում երկու անձի առողջությանը ծանր և միջին ծանրության վնաս պատճառելու դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին քննչական կոմիտեից։

Քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում իրականացված քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 2022 թվականի նոյեմբերի 17-ին՝ ժամը 00։00-ից մինչև նոյեմբերի 18-ը՝ ժամը 00։30-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, վերոհիշյալ փողոցի տներից մեկի մոտ 18-ամյա երիտասարդը անձնական հարցերի շուրջ տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ընթացքում, իր հետ նախապես վերցված դանակով հարվածներ է հասցրել նույն հասցեում բնակվող 45-ամյա տղամարդուն և վերջինիս 22-ամյա որդուն՝ նրանց առողջությանը պատճառելով տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներ։

Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հիշյալ փողոցում հայտնաբերվել է արնանման հետքերով, ենթադրյալ հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող  դանակը։

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝18-ամյա երիտասարդին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել՝  ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 166-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետով և 167-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 8-րդ կետով։

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` 

դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
