Վահագն Վերմիշյանը ՔԿՀ-ից տեղափոխվել է «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ, որտեղ հրաժարվել են նրան հոսպիտալացնել և հետ են ուղարկել ՔԿՀ՝ վատ ինքնազգացողությամբ։ Այս մասին «Փաստինֆո»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց փաստաբան Ալեքսանդր Կոչուբաևը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ երեկոյան ՔԿՀ-ում կտրուկ վատացել էր ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեի նախկին նախագահ Վահագն Վերմիշյանի ինքնազգացողությունը։ Շտապօգնության բրիգադ էր մեկնել ՔԿՀ։

Փաստաբան Ալեքսանդր Կոչուբաևը «Փաստինֆո»-ի հետ զրույցում ուշադրություն հրավիրեց այն հանգամանքին, որ ոչ թե Վահագն Վերմիշյանն էր դիմել բուժօգնության, այլ՝ ՔԿՀ բժիշկը որոշակի ռիսկեր տեսնելով՝ շտապօգնության բրիգադ էր կանչել, որն էլ արձանագրել էր հոսպիտալացման անհրաժեշտություն։

«Վահագն Վերմիշյանը տեղափոխվել էր «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ, որտեղ կրկնվեց անցյալում տեղի ունեցածը։ ԲԿ-ն արձանագրեց, որ Վահագն Վերմիշյանը լիարժեք առողջ է, նա ՀՀ ամենաառողջ մարդն է, և սա այն դեպքում, երբ Վերմիշյանը մեկ անգամ ուշագնաց էր եղել հենց դատական նիստերի դահլիճում, ինչը ՔԿՀ-ում կրկնվել էր։ Իմ և ազգականների ճնշման տակ բժիշկները ստիպված եղան տալ ախտորոշումը, համաձայն որի՝ շնչառական համակարգի, ինչպես նաև՝ գլխուղեղի անոթների, արյան շրջանառության հետ կապված խանգարումներ կան»,- ասաց փաստաբանը՝ հավելելով, որ «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ-ն հրաժարվել է հոսպիտալացնել Վերմիշյանին և հենց վատ ինքնազգացողությամբ Վերմիշյանը տեղափոխվեց ՔԿՀ՝ անմարդկային պայմաններում. «Պատկերացրեք իրավիճակ, երբ ինքնազգացողությունը վատացած, ուշագնացության շեմին կանգնած անձին ձեռնաշղթաներով տեղափոխում են հիվանդանոց, ինչը ցույց է տալիս այն մոտեցումը, որն առկա է պարոն Վերմիշյանի նկատմամբ »։

Փաստաբանի խոսքով՝ այժմ արվում է իրավիճակից բխող ամեն ինչ, որ Վերմիշյանին տեղափոխեն հիվանդանոց՝ օբյեկտիվորեն հասկանալու, թե ինչ է կատարվում նրա հետ։ Վերմիշյանի առողջական վիճակի վերաբերյալ տեղեկանքները, բժշկական սարքավորումներով իրականացված հետազոտության արդյունքները փոխանցվել է այլ բժշկական կենտրոններ՝ հասկանալու, թե ինչ է տեղի ունենում։ Բացի այդ, առողջական խնդիրներից զատ, պաշտպանության կողմն արձանագրեց, որ գործը քննող դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարան է տեղափոխվել, ըստ այդմ, գործը պետք է վերամակագրվի, իսկ գործի քննությունը՝ վերսկսվի, հետևաբար, հրատապ է, որ օր առաջ լուծվի անձի խափանման միջոցի հարցը։

«Մենք հասել ենք դատական վիճաբանությունների փուլ և գործը պետք է վերամակագրվի, գործի քննությունը սկսվի նորից»,- ասաց փաստաբանը։
