Փաշինյանը կրկնում է նախկին իշխանությունների «հանցագործությունը»

Կառավարության նախաձեռնությամբ հրավիրված ԱԺ արտահերթ նիստում այսօր քննարկման են դրվում գործադիրի հեղինակած մի շարք օրենսդրական փոփոխություններ, որոնք, ֆինանսների նախարար Արման Պողոսյանի խոսքով, հրատապ հանգուցալուծման կարիք ունեն․ դրանց երկրորդ ընթերցումն առաջարկվում է կազմակերպել 24 ժամյա ռեժիմով՝ հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ մինչեւ դեկտեմբերի ավարտը ԱԺ հերթական նիստը միայն մեկ անգամ է գումարվելու։ Նշենք, որ օրակարգում է այդ թվում «Ազգային անվտանգության մարմինների մասին» օրենքում փոփոխությունների նախագիծը, ըստ որի՝ ԱԱԾ արխիվները գաղտնազերծվում կամ ոչնչացվում են օրենքով եւ այլ իրավական ակտերով սահմանված կարգով։ Այս նախագծի առնչությամբ մեկնաբանություններ են հնչում, որ իշխանությունն այսպես կկարողանա ԱԱԾ արխիվային նյութերը ոչնչացնել իրավական ակտերով։

2019-ին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հոխորտում էր՝ հայտարարելով,՝ «Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում արդեն մի քանի ամիս ընթանում է ծառայողական քննություն, որովհետեւ նախորդ իշխանությունները, ըստ ծառայողական նյութերի, հեղափոխությունից որոշ ժամանակ առաջ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության նյութեր են ոչնչացրել»: Կատարվածը հանցագործություն որակելով` նա ավելացրել էր. «Ես իրավաբան չեմ, բայց իմ քաղաքական գնահատականն այն է, որ դա հանցագործություն է։ Էդ նյութերն իրենց սեփականությո՞ւնն էին, որ ոչնչացրել են։ Այդտեղ կարող էին լինել նյութեր բազմաթիվ բաների մասին։ Ուրվական գործ է, սա շատ լուրջ հետեւանքների պետք է բերի»:

Այժմ ստացվում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պատրաստվում է կրկնել նախկինների՝ ասել է թե՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հանցագործությունները և արդեն ինքն է ցանկանում ոչնչացնել ԱԱԾ արխիվները: Ըստ էության, այս քայլով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փորձում է ինքն իրեն ապահովագրել, քանի որ իշխանափոխությունից, կամ պարզապես իր պաշտոնավարման ավարտից հետո կարող են բազմաթիվ փաստեր ջրի երես դուրս գալ՝ կապված պատերազմի ժամանակ ընդունած որոշումների, թիվ մեկ պատասխանատուի և թիվ մեկ մեղավորի քայլերի մասին: Կարող են բացահայտվել նաև գործակալների անուններ, իզուր չէ, որ Փաշինյանի թիմակիցներից մի քանիսի վերաբերյալ նման կասկածներ հասարակության մեջ առկա են: Կարող են բացահայտվել կոռուպցիոն գործարքների վերաբերյալ մանրամասներ և հենց դա է պատճառը, որ Փաշինյանը, մոռանալով 2019-ին նախկին իշխանությունների հասցեին հնչեցրած իր խոսքերը, այսօր ցանկանում է կրկնել այդ հանցագործությունը՝ իրեն ապահովագրելու և այսպես ասած հետքերը մաքրելու նպատակով...
