Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանը նոյեմբերի 26-ին աշխատանքային այցով Արարատի մարզում էր:

Դատախազությունից հայտնում են, որ Արտաշատ համայնքում տեղակայված Արարատի մարզի դատախազությունում Աննա Վարդապետյանն անցկացրել է խորհրդակցություն, որին մասնակցել են Արարատի մարզպետ Սեդրակ Թևոնյանը, մարզի նորանշանակ դատախազ Ռաֆայել Մանուկյանը, իրավապահ կառույցների մարզային ղեկավարները, ինչպես նաև մարզի դատախազության դատախազներն ու Եղեգնաձորի կայազորի զինվորական դատախազի պաշտոնակատարը:

Գլխավոր դատախազ Վարդապետյանը ողջույնի խոսքում շնորհավորել է Ռաֆայել Մանուկյանին՝ մարզի դատախազի պաշտոնը ստանձնելու կապակցությամբ և վստահություն հայտնել, որ մարզային իրավապահ մյուս կառույցների հետ համագործակցված և գործընկերային աշխատանքի միջոցով, առանց անցումային փուլի անհրաժեշտության, հնարավորինս սահուն ու արդյունավետ կշարունակվի վարույթներում գտնվող գործերի հսկողությունը:

Աննա Վարդապետյանը շեշտել է, որ Ռաֆայել Մանուկյանի նշանակումը հուշում է իր կադրային քաղաքականության տրամաբանության մասին և այդ համատեքստում հատուկ ընդգծել է, որ իր աշխատանքային պարտականությունների կատարման պատասխանատվությունը ցանկանում է կիսել դատախազների հետ, որոնք ունեն վարքագծի և մասնագիտական պահանջների առավելագույն նշաձող, ամենօրյա աշխատանքով կատարելագործում են իրենց գիտելիքները և ամենակարևորը՝ նվիրված են իրենց մասնագիտությանն ու հայրենիքին:

Մարզպետ Թևոնյանը ողջունել է գլխավոր դատախազի՝ Արարատի մարզ կատարած աշխատանքային այցն ու համակարծիք եղել Աննա Վարդապետյանի դիտարկմանը, որ միայն համատեղ աշխատանքի շնորհիվ է հնարավոր հասնել հաջողության:

Մարզի նորանշանակ դատախազը ներկայացրել է գործընկեր կառույցների հետ աշխատանքային հարաբերությունների կազմակերպման վերաբերյալ իր մոտեցումներն ու ընդգծել, որ Դատախազությունը գործընկերների համար «երկաթե վարագույր» չէ,  շփումները չպետք է վերածվեն փոստային գրագրությունների, քանի որ դրանց արդյունքում առաջին հերթին տուժում է հանրային շահը:

Խորհրդակցության երկրորդ մասում, ի թիվս այլ հարցերի, քննարկվել են ութ ամսից ավելի քննվող քրեական վարույթների պատճառները. գլխավոր դատախազի կողմից տրվել են հանձնարարականներ, սահմանվել դրանց կատարման ժամկետներ:
