Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի որոշմամբ ԿԳՄՍՆ մշակութային ժառանգության և ժողովրդական արհեստների վարչության մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանության և հանրահռչակման բաժնի պետ Գառնիկ Մոմջյանը 4 օրով գործուղվում է Իրաք:

Որոշման մեջ ասվում է. «Համաձայն «Կառավարության կառուցվածքի և գործունեության մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 7-րդ հոդվածի 5-րդ մասի՝

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարության մշակութային ժառանգության և ժողովրդական արհեստների վարչության մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանության և հանրահռչակման բաժնի պետ Գառնիկ Մոմջյանին 2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 3-6-ը գործուղել Իրաքի Հանրապետություն (Բաղդադ)՝ Հնագույն քաղաքակրթությունների համաժողովի 6-րդ նախարարական հանդիպմանը մասնակցելու նպատակով:

Գառնիկ Մոմջյանի՝ Իրաքի Հանրապետություն գործուղման ճանապարհածախսը և օրապահիկի ծախսը կատարել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 2022 թվականի պետական բյուջեով արտասահմանյան պաշտոնական գործուղումների համար նախատեսված միջոցների հաշվին:

Ընդունել ի գիտություն, որ Գառնիկ Մոմջյանի՝ Իրաքի Հանրապետություն գործուղման գիշերակացի ծախսը կատարվելու է հրավիրող կողմի միջոցների հաշվին:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարին՝ ապահովել գործուղումից վերադառնալուց հետո եռօրյա ժամկետում Իրաքի Հանրապետություն գործուղման արդյունքների մասին հաշվետվությունը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի աշխատակազմ և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարություն ներկայացնելը:
