Նոյեմբերի 30-ը Արցախի Հանրապետության ոստիկանության աշխատակցի մասնագիտական օրն է: Արցախի ՆԳ նախարար Կարեն Սարգսյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել, որում ասված է.

«Արցախի Հանրապետության շուրջ 31-ամյա պետականության կայացման ու ամրապնդման, պետության ու հասարակության անվտանգության ապահովման գործում, ոստիկանության համակարգն ունեցել է և ունի իր մեծ դերակատարումը՝ իրականացնելով կարևորագույն առաքելություն:

Հետևողական պայքար մղելով հանցավորության դեմ` Արցախի ոստիկանը պաշտպանում է մարդու, հասարակության ու պետության շահերը: Ուրախությամբ պիտի նշեմ, որ Արցախն արդեն ունի ձևավորված ոստիկանական համակարգ և բարեխիղճ ծառայողներ, որոնք հմտորեն կատարում են իրենց պարտականությունները:

Այսօրվա ոստիկանությունն էապես տարբերվում է. այն ավելի արդիական է, թափանցիկ և ավելի հանդուրժող, իսկ ծառայողներն ավելի գրագետ են ու պատրաստված: Առաջնորդվելով օրենքի պահանջներով, Արցախի ոստիկանը բարդ ու վտանգավոր, սակայն անհրաժեշտ ու պատվաբեր գործառույթ է իրականացնում:

Փառք ու խոնարհում արցախյան պատերազմներում և իրավակարգի ամրապնդման զոհասեղանին իրենց կյանքը դրած հերոսներին, փառք ու պատիվ այն ոստիկաններին, ովքեր կրելով համազգեստը և հավատարիմ մնալով սպայի արժանապատվությանը, անվերապահորեն կատարում են իրավակարգի պաշտպանի գործառույթները:

2020 թվականի Արցախի դեմ իրականացված ռազմական գործողությունները, դրան հաջորդած սահմանային լարվածությունները մեզ ստիպել է փոխել մեր օրակարգը: Սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերում ծառայություն իրականացնող ոստիկանները մեծ պատասխանատվություն են ստանձնել հայրենիքի պաշտպանության և սահմանապահ համայնքների անվտանգությունը պատշաճ ապահովելու գործում:

Ոստիկանի նոր կերպար ունենալը և համակարգի հանդեպ հանրության վստահությունը ձեռք բերելը ՆԳ նախարարության հիմնական առաջադրանքներից մեկն է: Այս ուղղությամբ ամենօրյա աշխատանք է իրականացվում, որովհետև մեզ համար գլխավորը հասարակության հավատն է ու հարգանքը Արցախի ոստիկանի նկատմամբ:

Ցանկացած իրավիճակում մեր ժողովուրդը գիտի, ինքը մենակ չէ, որ պաշտպանված են նրա իրավունքները:

Ամփոփելով ուղերձս` շնորհավորանքի հետ մեկտեղ երախտագիտություն եմ հայտնում բոլորիդ: Միասին երկար ու դժվարին ճանապարհ ունենք անցնելու: Մաղթում եմ համախմբվածություն, ուժ և համբերություն»:
