ԵԽ-ն պատրաստակամ է շարունակելու աջակցել քրեական արդարադատության ոլորտում բարեփոխումների իրականացմանը

Արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Արփինե Սարգսյանը մասնակցել է «Աջակցություն քրեական արդարադատության բարեփոխումներին և եվրոպական չափանիշների կիրառման ներդաշնակեցումը Հայաստանում» ծրագրի ղեկավար հանձնաժողովի նիստին։

ԱՆ-ից հայտնում են, որ Սարգսյանը բարձր է գնահատել քրեական արդարադատության ոլորտում Եվրոպայի խորհրդի ցուցաբերած աջակցությունը՝ նշելով, որ այդ աջակցության շնորհիվ է նաև, որ 2022 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ից գործողության մեջ են դրվել Քրեական դատավարության նոր օրենսգրքերը, որոնք որակական նոր շունչ են հաղորդել այս ոլորտին։

Փոխնախարարը նշել է, որ ծրագրի շրջանակներում, ի թիվս այլնի, իրականացվել է նոր օրենսգրքերի ներկայացման վերաբերյալ շուրջ 550 իրավակիրառների վերապատրաստումներ, մշակվել են նոր օրենսգրքերի մեթոդական ուղեցույցները, փորձագիտական աջակցություն է ցուցաբերվել «Քրեական գործերով իրավական փոխօգնության մասին» օրենքի մշակման աշխատանքներում։

Սարգսյանը փաստել է, որ նոր օրենսգրքերի կիրառման մշտադիտարկումը չափազանց կարևոր է ոլորտային քաղաքականությունն ամրապնդելու և կատարելագործելու հարցում՝ նշելով, որ այս հարցում Եվրոպայի խորհրդի հետ համագործակցության կայունությունն ու շարունակականությունն իր ուրույն նպաստը կբերի։

ԵԽ երևանյան գրասենյակի ղեկավար Մարտինա Շմիդտը ևս ընդգծել է քրեական արդարադատության ոլորտում համագործակցությունը և պատրաստակամություն հայտնել շարունակել արդյունավետ գործընկերությունը։

Նիստի շրջանակներում անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև Վճռաբեկ դատարանին և Միջազգային իրավական հարցերով ներկայացուցչի գրասենյակին ցուցաբերված աջակցության արդյունքներին։

Ծրագիրը ֆինանսավորվում է ԵՄ/ԵԽ կողմից և իրականացվում է Եվրոպայի խորհրդի կողմից 2019-2022 թթ. Գործընկերություն հանուն լավ կառավարման (ԳԼԿ) ծրագրի շրջանակներում։
