ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարն ու ՌԴ պատվիրակությունը քննարկել են մի շարք ոլորտներում հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների զարգացման հեռանկարները

ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարար Վահրամ Դումանյանն ընդունել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահի օտարերկրյա պետությունների հետ միջտարածաշրջանային և մշակութային կապերի վարչության պետ Իգոր Մասլովի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը:

Ինչպես հայտնում են ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունից, հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են նախարարի տեղակալներ Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը և Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը, ՌԴ լուսավորության նախարարի տեղակալ Դենիս Գրիբովը, ՀՀ-ում ՌԴ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինը և այլք:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են կրթության, գիտության և մշակույթի ոլորտներում  հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների զարգացման հեռանկարները:

Ողջունելով ՌԴ պատվիրակության այցը՝ նախարար Վահրամ Դումանյանը նշել է, որ երկու երկրների միջպետական հարաբերություններում առանձնահատուկ տեղ է գրավում մշակույթի ոլորտում համագործակցությունը, ինչի մասին են վկայում երկու երկրներում շարունակաբար անցկացվող միջոցառումները, մասնավորապես՝ ՌԴ-ում կայացած Հայաստանի օրերը և ՀՀ-ում անցկացված Ռուսաստանի հոգևոր մշակույթի օրերը։

Անդրադառնալով կրթության ոլորտում համագործակցությանը՝ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարը նշել է, որ հայկական կողմը կարևորում է Հայաստանում ռուսերենի զարգացման հարցը և պատրաստ է քննարկել նոր նախաձեռնություններ` ՀՀ օրենսդրության պահանջների շրջանակում: Այս համատեքստում կողմերը, մասնավորապես, կարևորել են ռուսերենի դասավանդման արդյունավետության բարձրացման, կրթական ծրագրերի, դասագրքերի բարելավման, ինչպես նաև ռուսերենի ուսուցիչների մասնագիտական զարգացման  և որակավորման բարձրացման հարցերը:

ՌԴ նախագահի օտարերկրյա պետությունների հետ միջտարածաշրջանային և մշակութային կապերի վարչության պետ Իգոր Մասլովն իր հերթին նշել է, որ պատվիրակությունը Հայաստան է ժամանել՝ մասնակցելու դեկտեմբերի 2-ին անցկացվող «Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև գիտակրթական համագործակցության զարգացում. հայացք դեպի ապագա» կլոր սեղանին: Նա նշել է, որ միջոցառմանը կմասնակցեն Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի կրթության և գիտության ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչներ՝ վստահություն հայտնելով, որ համատեղ նախագծերի իրականացումը և գիտակրթական հաստատությունների միջև փորձի փոխանակման հնարավորությունն ուղղակիորեն կնպաստեն երկու երկրների միջև հարաբերությունների ամրապնդմանը։
