«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Սեփական թիմի ներսում սեւ ցուցակներ կազմող եւ թիմակիցների դեմ դավեր նյութող՝ ԱԺ պաշտպանության հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի հերթական «զոհը» ՀՀ ոստիկանապետ Վահե Ղազարյանն է:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ Քոչարյանին մտերիմ մի քանի ՔՊ-ական պատգամավորներ նախապատրաստվում են դեկտեմբերի 9-ին, երբ ՀՀ ոստիկանապետ Վահե Ղազարյանը պետք է ներկայանա խորհրդարան: Ինչպես հայտնի է, դեկտեմբերի 6-ին մեկնարկելու է ԱԺ հերթական նստաշրջանը, եւ, ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների, դեկտեմբերի 9-ին պետք է քննարկվի Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ստեղծման հարցը: Այդ օրը Վահե Ղազարյանի համար այնքան էլ հանգիստ չի լինելու, քանի որ որոշ ՔՊ-ականներ որոշել են քննադատել նրա գործունեությունը:

Բանն այն է, որ ՔՊ-ում Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի թեւն ամեն ինչ անում է, որպեսզի Վահե Ղազարյանը ներքին գործերի նախարար չդառնա, եւ, որպես նրա վատ աշխատանքի ցուցանիշ, քաղաքական իշխանություններին ցույց են տվել ոստիկանության որոշումներից մեկը, որը կապված է ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Մհեր Սեդրակյանի անվան հետ: Ըստ այդմ, կարծիքներ են հնչել, թե իրենք նախկինների գործողությունների դեմ են պայքարում, իսկ ոստիկանապետը նրանց հետ գործարքի է գնում: Մամուլը գրել էր, որ Մհեր Սեդրակյանի անվան հետ կապվող «Բիդեք» ՍՊԸ-ն հաղթել է ոստիկանության կողմից հայտարարված մրցույթը, որի ընդհանուր արժեքը 1 մլրդ 275 միլիոն դրամ է՝ 3 մլն դոլարից ավելի։

Մամուլը նաեւ գրել էր, որ «Բիդեք» ՍՊԸ-ի 100 տոկոս բաժնեմասի նախկին սեփականատեր Գառնիկ Ավետիսյանը ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Մհեր Սեդրակյանի՝ Թոխմախի Մհերի մտերիմ ընկերն է, անգամ գրվել էր նաեւ, որ իրականում ընկերությունը պատկանում է Մհեր Սեդրակյանին, բայց գրանցված է ընկերոջ անունով։ Բացի այդ, Քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեն ու Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանը 2022 թվականի ընթացքում մոտ 3,2 միլիարդ դրամի գնում են կատարել այդ ՍՊԸ-ից: Գնումների գործընթացը համակարգչային բաշխումով է կազմակերպվում, ու շատ հաճախ մարդկային գործոնը զերոյական է դառնում:

Ինչեւէ, «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը կհետեւի ՔՊ-ականների արշավին Վահե Ղազարյանի դեմ, քանի որ ակնհայտորեն Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը ՔՊ-ականների մի մասի ձեռքերով «պատերազմ է հայտարարել» ՀՀ ոստիկանապետին»:
