Շարունակելով ընթերցողների ուշադրությանը ներկայացնել ՔՊ-ական այն պատգամավորներին, ովքեր մանդատը ստանձնելուց ի վեր աչքի չեն ընկել ակտիվ և արգասաբեր օրենսդրական գործունեությամբ, այսօր կանդրադառնանք պատգամավոր Դավիթ Դանիելյանին:

Նախ դիտարկենք, թե ինչպես է փոխվել Դանիելյանը սոցիալ-ֆինանսական վիճակը պաշտոնը ստանձնելու օրվա դրությամբ և այսօր: Հեղափոխությունից հետո՝ 2020 թվականին Դանիելյանը ձեռք էր բերել բնակարան Քանաքեռ-Զեյթունում, նա նաև հայտարարագրել էր 1,700,000.00 կանխիկ դրամ, իսկ եկամուտները կազմել էին 3,000,000.00 դրամ:  Այս տարի Դանիելյանի հայտարրագրում բնակարանի կողքին ավելացել է նաև 2015-ին և 2021-ին ձեռք բերված հողամասերը, 2022-ին ձեռք բերված բնակարանը, 2021-ին գնված Կիա մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան, կանխիկ դրամը կազմել  4,000,000.00 դրամ, եկամուտները՝ 2,887,760.00 դրամ:

Ինչո՞վ է աչքի ընկել պատգամավորը ԱԺ-ում: Նա բոլոր նախագծերին կողմ է քվեարկել 176 անգամ,  բացակայել է 80 անգամ, տվել է 0 հարց, ունեցել է 1 ելույթ, հանդես է եկել 0 օրենսդրական նախաձռնությամբ:

Պատգամավորը հասցրել է հայտնվել նաև բավական ուշագրավ պատմությունների կիզակետում: Դիցուք, մամուլը գրել էր, որ Պատմամշակութային արգելոց-թանգարանների և պատմական միջավայրի պահպանության ծառայություն»  ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի պաշտոնում նշանակված Արմեն Հովհաննիսյանը,այդ պաշտոնին էր նշանակվել Դանիելյանի հովանավորությամբ: Դրա մասին են, ըստ մամուլի, փաստում միասին կատարած մարզային այցելությունները, ներկայությունը ՊՈԱԿ-ի ստորաբաժանումների հաշվետվությունների ներկայացմանը, նրա հաճախակի այցելությունները ՊՈԱԿ-ի  վարչական շենք:  

Արմեն Հովհաննիսյանի՝ տնօրենի պարտականությունները ստանձնելուց հետո ՊՈԱԿ-ի փոխտնօրեն է նշանակվում պատգամավոր Դավիթ Դանիելյանի հարազատ եղբայրը՝ Հայկ Դանիելյանը, որը մինչ այդ տնօրենի խորհրդականն էր, իսկ այդ պաշտոնից առաջ աշխատում էր Կոտայքի մարզային ծառայությունում։

ՊՈԱԿ-ի ցուցադրությունների և միջոցառումների կազմակերպման բաժնում աշխատանքի է անցնում Դավիթ Դանիելյանի կնոջ եղբայրը՝ Արամ Անտոնյանը, որը Հայ-ռուսական (Սլավոնական) համալսարանի ուսանող է։

Կադրային տեղաշարժեր են տեղի ունեցել նաև ՊՈԱԿ-ի Սյունիքի մարզային ծառայությունում։ Մի քանի ամիսների ընթացքում մարզային ծառայության երեք պետ է փոխվել, երեքն էլ՝ Կապանից, ու դարձյալ Դավիթ Դանիելյանի մտերիմները։ 

Ինչպես տեսնում ենք, թեև օրենսդրական բուռն գործունեությամբ պատգամավորն աչքի չի ընկել, փոխարենը՝ բավականին աշխույժ կերպով զարկ է տվել Նոր Հայաստանում ԽԾԲ-ի ծաղկմանը...
