Դեկտեմբերի 3-ին ՀՀ-ում ԱՀ մշտական ներկայացուցչությունում ԱՀ պատվիրակությունը, որի կազմում էին ԱՀ ԱԺ «Ազատ հայրենիք-ՔՄԴ» խմբակցության ղեկավար Արթուր Հարությունյանը, ԱՀ ԱԺ «Հայ հեղափոխական դաշնակցություն» խմբակցության ղեկավար Արթուր Մոսիյանը, ՀՀ-ում ԱՀ մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Սերգեյ Ղազարյանը և ՄՆ տեղակալ Աշոտ Մելյանը, հանդիպում են ունեցել պատերազմի օրերին Արցախ այցելած Իսպանիայի խորհրդարանի պատգամավոր, արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի խոսնակ Ջոն Ինյարիտուի և նրան ուղեկցող պատվիրակության հետ, որի կազմում էին ՀԲԸՄ նախագահ Վազգեն Յակուբյանը և Իսպանիայում «Էնթերփրայզ Արմենիան»-ի ներկայացուցիչ Լևոն Գրիգորյանը։

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են  ՀՀ-ում Արցախի ներկայացուցչությունից, կողմերը մտքեր են փոխանակել 44-օրյա պատերազմի հետևանքով Արցախի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակի և արցախահայության դեմ Ադրբեջանի կողմից հետևողականորեն իրականացվող թշնամական գործողությունների վերաբերյալ։ Քննարկվել են նաև Արցախի և Իսպանիայի միջև բարեկամական շրջանակների ձևավորման ու փոխգործակցության ամրապնդման հնարավորությունները։ ԱՀ պատվիրակությունը հաստատել է, որ կարգավորման երկարատև հնարավորությունը կարող է լինել միայն Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրացված իրավունքի միջազգային ճանաչման դեպքում։

Հանդիպման ավարտին ՀՀ-ում ԱՀ ՄՆ Սերգեյ Ղազարյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել հյուրերին՝ Արցախի հանդեպ դրսևորվող շարունակական ուշադրության ու հայանպաստ գործունեության համար և ԱՀ նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի անունից Ջոն Ինյարիտուին ու Լևոն Գրիգորյանին պարգևատրել է «Մխիթար Գոշ» և «Երախտագիտություն» մեդալներով։
