«Ժողովուրդ». «Սուրմալուի» պայթյունի գործով հարցաքննվել է սեփականատերը․ պահեստապետին չեն կարողանում գտնել

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «Շուտով կլրանա «Սուրմալու» առեւտրի կենտրոնի պայթյունի գործով հարուցված քրեական վարույթի 4-րդ ամիսը, սակայն խոշոր ձկները մինչ օրս պատասխանատվության չեն ենթարկվել : «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ նախաքննական մարմինը հարցաքննել է Երեւանի «Սուրմալու» առեւտրի կենտրոնի սեփականատեր Ռազմիկ Զախարյանին, սակայն չեն կարողանում գտնել առեւտրի կենտրոնի պահեստապետին:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը դիմեց ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտե` հասկանալու համար, թե ինչ է կատարվում քրեական գործով, եւ արդյոք սեփականատերը հարցաքննվել է, ինչ կարգավիճակ ունի նա:

Ի պատասխան՝ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին հայտնեցին, որ «Սուրմալու» առեւտրի կենտրոնի պայթյունի գործով հարուցված քրեական վարույթով նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, վարույթի շրջանակում բազմաթիվ անձինք են հարցաքննվել, այդ թվում նաեւ՝ սեփականատերը, նշանակած փորձաքննության եզրակացությունը դեռեւս ստացված չէ, այս պահին մեղադրյալի կարգավիճակ ունի 4 անձ, որոնցից երկուսի նկատմամբ կիրառված է խափանման միջոց կալանքը։ Այս վարույթի շրջանակում հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող անձ չկա։

Նկատենք, որ 4 մեղադրյալներից երեքը պահեստը շահագործող անձինք են, չորրորդը՝ «Սուրմալու»-ի փոխտնօրենը, որը ազատության մեջ է։ Հիշեցնենք, որ օգոստոսի 14-ին «Սուրմալու»- առեւտրի կենտրոնում պայթյուն եղավ, որի հետեւանքով 16 մարդ զոհվեց, եւս մեկը համարվում է անհետ կորած»:
