Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը դեկտեմբերի 5-ին աշխատանքային այցով ժամանել է Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետություն:

Արցախի ԱԺ-ից հայտնում են, որ դեկտեմբերի 6-ին տեղի են ունեցել պատվիրակության հանդիպումները Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության Սենատի բոլոր խորհրդարանական խմբերի ղեկավարների և Ազգային ժողովի բոլոր խմբակցությունների պատասխանատուների հետ։

Հանդիպմանը քննարկվել են ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորմանը, Արցախ-Ֆրանսիա կապերին և տարածաշրջանային գործընթացներին վերաբերող հարցեր: Հատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձվել միջխորհրդարանական կապերի զարգացմանը:

Խոսելով Ֆրանսիայի, մասնավորապես, նրա օրենսդիր մարմնի հետ հարաբերությունների զարգացման հարցում Արցախի շահագրգռվածության մասին՝ նախագահը բարձր է գնահատել Սենատի և Ազգային ժողովի հետևողական ջանքերը՝ ուղղված ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորմանը:

«Ֆրանսիայի Սենատի և Ազգային ժողովի կողմից Արցախի վերաբերյալ ընդունված բանաձևերը լավ հիմք են Արցախի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հակամարտության համապարփակ և հաստատուն կարգավորման համար։ Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի հարգումը և այդ իրավունքի իրացման արդյունքների ճանաչումը հակամարտության կարգավորման միակ ճանապարհն է, որը երաշխավորում է Արցախի ժողովրդի իրավունքների և անվտանգության պատշաճ մակարդակի ապահովումը»,- ընդգծել է Արայիկ Հարությունյանը։

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով  խորհրդարանականներին բանաձևերի ընդունման համար՝ երկրի ղեկավարը նշել է, որ այդ  որոշումները քաղաքական ուղերձ են և լիովին համապատասխանում են Ֆրանսիայի քաղաքական ավանդույթներին՝ հիմնված ազատության, հավասարության և եղբայրության սկզբունքների վրա։ Նախագահի խոսքով՝ հիմա առավել կարևոր խնդիր է այս քաղաքական ուղերձները իրականություն դարձնելը, դրանց իրական ուժ տալը։ Այդ համատեքստում նախագահը հույս է հայտնել, որ Արցախի Հանրապետության ճանաչման ուղղությամբ աշխատանքներն ավարտին կհասցվեն Ֆրանսիայի գործադիր իշխանության կողմից, ինչը թույլ կտա կանխել հայերի նոր ցեղասպանությունն իրենց հայրենիքում:

Երկրի ղեկավարը նաև հույս է հայտնել, որ Ֆրանսիայի խորհրդարանի երկու պալատների կողմից բանաձևերի ընդունումը, որոնցով կոչ է արվում ճանաչել Արցախի Հանրապետությունը, օրինակ կծառայի աշխարհի այլ երկրների համար։

Արայիկ Հարությունյանը ֆրանսիացի խորհրդարանականներին ներկայացրել է նաև Արցախում տիրող հետպատերազմյան իրավիճակը: Մասնավորապես, նա նշել է, որ Արցախը կապված է Հայաստանի և արտաքին աշխարհի հետ միայն մեկ ճանապարհով՝ 5 կմ լայնություն ունեցող Լաչինի միջանցքով: «Ադրբեջանը ցանկանում է կտրել այդ միակ և վերջին կապը արտաքին աշխարհի հետ՝ խեղդամահ անելով Արցախը: Մենք ցանկանում ենք, որ Լաչինի միջանցքն ունենա լրացուցիչ միջազգային երաշխիքներ Հայաստանի և արտաքին աշխարհի հետ Արցախի կապն անխափան ապահովելու համար», - ասել է նախագահը:

Արցախը, ըստ երկրի ղեկավարի, ակնկալում է Ֆրանսիայի ակտիվ ներգրավվածությունը նաև մարդասիրական ծրագրերի կյանքի կոչման, գերության մեջ գտնվող հայերի վերադարձման և Ադրբեջանի բռնազավթած տարածքներում վտանգված հայկական հոգևոր-մշակութային ժառանգությունը փրկելու գործում:

Հանդիպումներին ներկա էին նաև Ֆրանսիայում ՀՀ արտակարգ ու լիազոր դեսպան Հասմիկ Տոլմաջյանը և ՀՅԴ բյուրոյի անդամ, Ֆրանսիայի հայկական կազմակերպությունների համակարգող խորհրդի (CCAF) համանախագահ Մուրադ Փափազյանը։
