«Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է․ 
 
«Արցախի իշխանությունը ուշացումով արձագանքել է ռուս խաղաղապահների ուղեկցությամբ Մարտակերտի շրջանում հայտնված ադրբեջանցիների խնդրին։
Ըստ պարզաբանման, «մշտադիտարկման» նպատակով ռուս խաղաղապահներին ուղղված ադրբեջանցիների դիմումը Արցախի իշխանության և հանքարդյունաբերական ընկերության ղեկավարության հետ սահմանված կարգով չի քննարկվել, ըստ այդմ՝ ստացվում է, որ նրանց շարժն ու քայլերն առանց Արցախի իշխանության համաձայնությամբ է իրականացվել։
Եթե ընդունեք, որ պաշտոնական պարզաբանումն ամբողջությամբ համապատասխանում է իրականությանը, ապա մի քանի հարցադրում է առաջանում։
 
1. Ինչպե՞ս է Արցախում տեղակայված ռուսական խաղաղապահ առաքելության հրամանատարությունը՝ առանց Արցախի իշխանության համաձայնության, ադրբեջանցիներին Արցախի տարածքում որևէ վայր ուղեկցում։
 
2. Երկրորդ, արդյո՞ք Արցախի իրավապահ համակարգը չի վերահսկում իր տարածքում ադրբեջանցիների հնարավոր մուտքն ու տեղաշարժը և ադրբեջանցիների ներկայությունը ֆիքսում այն ժամանակ, երբ արցախցիները Մարտակերտի հատվածում ճանապարհ են փակում։
 
Եթե ավելի վաղ է ֆիքսվել, ապա շատ ավելի վատ, եթե այն նախապես է ֆիքսվել և քայլեր չեն ձեռնարկվել։
 
Եթե ադրբեջանցիների շարժի մասին իմացել է միջին վիճակագրական արցախցին ու դրանց ճանապարհը փակել, ապա ինչպես կարող էին դրա մասին չիմանալ իրավապահ մարմինները։
 
3. Արդյո՞ք նման դեպքերում Արցախի նախագահը միայնակ է որոշում կայացնում, թե՞ դա կոլեգիալ որոշման հետևանք է։
 
Այս հարցը շատ կարևոր է, որովհետև այսպիսի առիթներ առաջին անգամ չեն առաջանում և վստահաբար առաջիկայում ևս ծանր ժամանակներ են սպասվում։
 
4. Արդյո՞ք Արցախի իշխանությունը խորը գիտակցում է, թե ինչ է իրականում ուզում Ադրբեջանը և ինչպիսի հնարավոր քայլեր են ձեռնարկվելու Արցախի դեմ։
 
Ադրբեջանցիների այցերն Արցախ պետք է բացառել՝ ինչ նպատակ ու հիմք էլ առաջ քաշվի, հակառակ դեպքում Ադրբեջանը հետևողականորեն ներխուժելու է Արցախի ներքին կյանք։
Այս խնդիրը չէր առաջանա կամ այս ձևով ճնշում չէր լինի, եթե ամիսներ առաջ, Արցախի իշխանությունը չթույլատրեր ադրբեջանցիների մուտքը Սարսանգի ջրամբարի տարածք, ընդ որում՝ դա արել էր գաղտնի և հանրությունն այդ մասին իմացավ, երբ ադրբեջանցիներն այդ այցի վերաբերյալ ռեպորտաժներ հրապարակեցին։
 
Պետք է պատրաստվել Ադրբեջանի համակարգային սադրանքներին և տարբեր իրավիճակներին արձագանքել նախապես մշակված փաթեթներով»։
