270 երեխա երեկվանից ձմռան ցրտին մնացել է ճանապարհներին. «Թաթոյան» հիմնադրամը միջազգային հանրությունից պահանջում է անհապաղ քայլեր՝ ապաշրջափակելու համար Արցախը Հայաստանին կապող` Ադրբեջանի կողմից անօրինական փակված միակ ճանապարհը
Երեկվանից` 2022թ. դեկտեմբերի 12-ից, առավոտյան ժամը 10:30-ից 270 երեխա ձմռան ցրտին մնացել է ճանապարհներին Արցախը Հայաստանին կապող միակ ճանապարհն Ադրբեջանի իբր «քաղաքացիական» ու «բնապահպանական» շարժում ներկայացնող անձանց կողմից փակելու հետևանքով:
 
Իրավունքի և արդարության կենտրոն «Թաթոյան» հիմնադրամի հավաստի տվյալներով՝ երեխաները թե´ ՀՀ Սյունիքի ու այլ մարզերից են, թե´Արցախի տարբեր բնակավայրերից:
 
Երեխաների թիվը հիմնադրամին հաստատել է նաև Արցախի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը:
 
Ակնհայտ է, որ ճանապարհը փակելով տասնյակ հազարավոր խաղաղ բնակիչների մեկուսացման մեջ թողնելը, Արցախը շրջափակելը որևէ բնապահպանական նպատակ չունի. այն արցախահայության բնաջնջման ադրբեջանական հանցավոր քաղաքականության մաս է։ Սա ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների հատուկ նպատակն է. Արցախը կտրել Հայաստանից, այլ նաև ահաբեկել և մեկուսացնել խաղաղ բնակչությանը։
 
Երեխաները կտրված են ընտանիքներից, առաջ են եկել ջրի, սննդի և բժշկական օգնության հասանելիության լուրջ խնդիրներ:
Հիմնադրամը շեշտում է, որ մարդու իրավունքները և հատկապես երեխաների իրավունքները կապ չունեն քաղաքական հարցերի, տարածքի ճանաչված կամ չճանաչված լինելու հետ, հետևաբար` հրատապ է, որ հասցեական արձագանքեն երեխաների իրավունքների պաշտպանությամբ զբաղվող միջազգային կազմակերպությունները՝ վերացնելու համար երեխաների միջազգայնորեն երաշխավորված իրավունքների խախտումները:
 
Միանշանակ է, որ Արցախը Հայաստանին կապող միակ ճանապարհը փակելն Արցախը հայաթափելու ադրբեջանական հանցավոր քաղաքականության շարունակությունն է։
 
Այս հայտարարությունը ևս կուղարկվի համապատասխան միջազգային կառույցներին»:
