Միջազգային 9 կազմակերպություններ նախազգուշացրել են Արցախում ցեղասպանության վտանգի մասին

«Միջազգային քրիստոնեական համերաշխություն» կազմակերպությունն 8 այլ կազմակերպությունների հետ միասին նախազգուշացրել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ցեղասպանության վտանգի մասին։ Կազմակերպությունները Ցեղասպանության հանցագործությունը կանխելու և դրա համար պատժի մասին կոնվենցիային միացած երկրներին կոչ են արել գործել ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի միջոցով՝ կանխելու հայերի ցեղասպանությունը տարածաշրջանում։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք կազմակերպության տարածած հայտարարությունից։

Նշվում է, որ Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը երկար ժամանակ պաշտոնական մակարդակով հայերի նկատմամբ ատելության քաղաքականություն է վարել, «անպատիժ է թողել հայերի նկատմամբ իրականացված վայրագությունները և սպառնացել է ուժով գրավել ոչ միայն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը, այլև Երևանը»։

«Ցեղասպանության կանխարգելման մասին ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի գրասենյակի կողմից սահմանված վայրագ հանցագործության վտանգի բոլոր 14 գործոններն առկա են։ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայերի դեմ ադրբեջանական ներկայիս ագրեսիան համապատասխանում է Ադրբեջանի կառավարության, Թուրքիայի Հանրապետության, Օսմանյան կայսրության և նրանց համախոհների կողմից հայերի և տարածաշրջանի քրիստոնեական այլ համայնքների դեմ իրականացված էթնիկ և կրոնական զտումների վաղեմի քաղաքականությանը», - նշվում է հայտարարությունում։

Կազմակերպությունները Ցեղասպանության հանցագործությունը կանխելու և դրա համար պատժի մասին կոնվենցիային միացած երկրներին, մասնավորապես՝ ԱՄՆ-ին, Մեծ Բրիտանիային և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը կոչ են արել  կատարել իրենց պարտավորությունները ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի միջոցով՝ կանխելու հայերի նկատմամբ ևս մեկ ցեղասպանությունը։ Բացի այդ, ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդին կոչ է արվում Ժնևի չորրորդ կոնվենցիային համապատասխան ապահովել միջազգային բոլոր կազմակերպությունների անխոչընդոտ մուտքը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ՝ մարդասիրական նպատակներով։
