ԱՄՆ-ն մտահոգված է Լաչինի միջանցքով տեղաշարժի արգելքներով և կոչ է անում լիարժեք վերականգնել տեղաշարժը:

Այս մասին հաղորդագրություն է տարածել Սպիտակ տունը Միացյալ Նահանգների ազգային անվտանգության հարցերով խորհրդական Ջեյք Սալիվանի՝ Հայաստանի անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահի աշխատակազմի արտաքին հարաբերությունների վարչության պետ Հիքմեթ Հաջիևի հետ դեկտեմբերի 22-ին տեղի ունեցած հեռախոսազրույցների արդյունքներով:

«Ազգային անվտանգության հարցերով խորհրդական Ջեյք Սալիվանն այսօր առանձին հեռախոսազրույցներ ունեցավ Հայաստանի անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահի աշխատակազմի արտաքին հարաբերությունների վարչության պետ Հիքմեթ Հաջիևի հետ։ Հեռախոսազրույցների ընթացքում նրանք ամփոփեցին Վաշինգտոնում սեպտեմբերի 27-ին կայացած իրենց համատեղ հանդիպումից հետո ԵՄ-ի և ԱՄՆ-ի աջակցությամբ ընթացող խաղաղության բանակցություններում տեղ գտած առաջընթացը։ Բոլորը հաստատեցին իրենց հանձնառությունը բանակցային գործընթացին, որի նպատակը խաղաղության համաձայնագրի ամբողջականացումն է», - գրված է հաղորդագրությունում։

Նշվում է, որ հեռախոսազրույցների ընթացքում Ջեյք Սալիվանը երկու կողմին էլ հորդորել է դիտարկել քայլեր, որոնք կմեղմեն լարվածությունը և հիմքեր կնախապատրաստեն ապագա բարիդրացիական հարաբերությունների համար։

«Պարոն Սալիվանը փաստեց, որ այս պահին շարունակում ենք մտահոգված մնալ Լաչինի միջանցքի տեղաշարժի արգելքներով և այդ իրավիճակից բխող հետզհետե ծանրացող հումանիտար հետևանքներով և կոչ արեց լիարժեք վերականգնել ազատ տեղաշարժը միջանցքով», - նշվում է հաղորդագրությունում։

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր «Արմենպրես»-ը, ՀՀ անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը դեկտեմբերի 22-ին ԱՄՆ նախագահի ազգային անվտանգության հարցերով խորհրդական Ջեյք Սալիվանին մանրամասներ է ներկայացրել Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լաչինի միջանցքի շուրջ ստեղծված ճգնաժամային իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ, ինչի շրջանակներում զրուցակիցներն ընդգծել են իրադրության շուտափույթ հանգուցալուծման կարևորությունը:
