Արցախի Հանրապետության ԱԺ պատգամավոր Մետաքսե Հակոբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրում է․

«Ամենայն հարգանքով հանդերձ ՄԱԿ-ի այն անդամ- պետությունների հանդեպ, որոնք դատապարտում և կոչ են անում ադրբեջանին բացել Քաշաթաղի միջանցքը, պետք է փաստենք, որ որևէ մեկ այլ առանձին պետության երաշխավորությունը չի կարող ապահովել արցախահայության անվտանգությունն ու իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը, եթե Արցախի անվտանգության թիվ մեկ և գլխավոր երաշխավորը Մայր Հայաստանը չէ։

Պետք է փաստել նաև, որ Արցախում ադրբեջանի կողմից ստեղծած հումանիտար ճգնաժամի հիմքում ընկած է Հայաստանի իշխանությունների վարած քաղաքականությունը։ Առկա շրջափակումը ցայտուն կերպով հաստատեց մեր միտքը առ այն, որ, այո՛, Հայաստանի իշխանությունները ձեռքերը լվացել են Արցախից: Այս հարցը պետք է լուծել:

Այն իրականությունը, որում մենք բոլորս ենք, չի կարող անհատի կամ քաղաքական ուժի հնարավորությունների տիրույթում լինել, քանզի այն Հայրենիքի, պետականության և ազգի գոյի պահպանման խնդիր է:

Հայրենիքի, պետականության և ազգի գոյի պահպանումը հենց այն գաղափարն է, որի շուրջ պիտի հավաքվենք բոլորս: Սա այն գաղափարն է, առանց որի իրացման չեն կարող լինել երկու հայկական պետությունների իշխանությունները, ընդդիմությունը, քաղաքական ուժերը, հասարակական կազմակերպությունները…ազգը…

Ժամանակն է, որ Մայր Հայաստանի և Սփյուռքի մեր հայրենակիցները պարզ ու հասցեական ասեն, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունը դադարել է իր հիմնական գործառույթը կատարելուց՝ պաշտպան լինելուց մեր երկրորդ հայկական հանրապետությանը՝ Արցախի Հանրապետությանը:

Հայ ժողովուրդը պետք է ունենա հստակ գիտակցում առ այն, որ խոսքը հումանիտար ճգնաժամի մասին չէ, այլ՝ պետականության, առանց որի թուրքը նորանոր պահանջներ է դնելու և, երբ բարձր ամբիոններից պատասխանատուներն ու պետական այրերը հայտարարում են ազգի ցեղասպանվելու վտանգի մասին, դա նույնն է, թե հայտարարում են, որ իրենք պարտված են և հրաժարվում են մեր պետականությունից: Ժամանակն է, որ Արցախի իշխանությունները նույնպես այդ մասին սկսեն բացահայտ խոսել:

Շրջափակման մեջ արդեն 12-րդ օրը գտնվող Արցախի իշխանությունը՝ Արայիկ Հարությունյան Arayik Harutyunyanը,ինքը պետք է սահմանի իր առաջնահերթություններն ու անելիքները, նպատակները, և ըստ այդմ՝ ուղերձով դիմի համար մեկ պատասխանատուին` Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Nikol Pashinyan / Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, բոլոր հասարակական-քաղաքական ուժերին, Հայաստանի ու Սփյուռքի մեր հայրենակիցներին»:
