Պետական կառավարման մասնագետ Հովհաննես Ավետիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․ «Դեսը եկեք բան ասեմ: Հիշու՞մ եք, որ երկրի օրենսդիր մարմնի ղեկավարը մի առանձնազրույցում ասել էր, որ համարում է Ադրբեջանում գտնվող մեր գերիները այլևս չկան:

Ուրեմն չզարմանաք, որ մի օր էլ ինքը կամ իր վարչապետը հայտարարեն, որ համարում են Արցախի հայերը այլևս չկան, որ դրանք այլևս Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացի են:

Իսկ գիտե՞ք, թե ինչու է սա այսպես: Այն պատճառով, որ մեզանից շատերը որոշել են, որ պետական գործերին չպիտի խառնվեն, որոշել են, որ «իրենց գործերով» պիտի զբաղվեն, ու որ քաղաքականությամբ զբաղվելը վատ է:

Ու այս մեծաթիվ մարդիկ, ի սկզբանե համաձայնվել են, որ երբ հաջորդ պատերազմում իրենք գերի ընկնեն, իրենց երկրի ղեկավարները համարեն, որ իրենք այլևս չկան:

 

Ուստի մաղթում եմ, որ «ամեն մեկն իր գործով պետք է զբաղվի ու չխառնվի պետության գործերին» մտածողների վերոնշյալ ընտրությունը հաջորդիվ իրականություն դառնա և նրանց երկրի ղեկավարը համարի, որ իրենք այլևս չկան: Իսկ բոլոր նրանց, որ համարում են պետք է զբաղվել քաղաքականությամբ, այսինքն պետության գործերին միջամտել, մաղթում եմ, որ շուտով համախմբվեն պետականաստեղծ օրակարգի շուրջ:

Չի եղել գեթ մեկ դեպք, որ ԱՄՆ քաղաքացին գերեվարված լինի ու նրա հետևից չգնան, ու նրան վաղ, թե ուշ չվերադարձնեն: Եվ սա է պետությունը, այլ ոչ այն խուժանությունը ինչի մեջ մենք հիմա ապրում ենք»:
