Քրեակատարողական և պրոբացիայի ոլորտների բարեփոխումների շարունակականությունն ապահովելու նպատակով նախատեսվում է մշակել ոլորտային նոր ռազմավարություն, որը կշարունակի գործող ռազմավարության ուղղությունների իրականացումը և կթիրախավորի նոր ուղղություններ: «Արմենպրես»-ին տված հարցազրույցում այս մասին ասաց Արդարադատության նախարար Գրիգոր Մինասյանը՝ պատասխանելով հարցին, թե ի՞նչ բարեփոխումներ են նախատեսում իրականացնել քրեակատարողական և պրոբացիայի ոլորտում առաջիկա տարիներին:

«Նշեմ, որ այս մասով հայեցակարգն արդեն իսկ նախանշված է և դարձել է սեկտորալ քննարկումների առարկա»,- ասաց Մինասյանը։

Նախարարը հայտնեց, որ քրեակատարողական ոլորտի մասով առաջիկա տարում ներդրվելու է քրեակատարողական ծառայողների կամավոր ատեստավորման, իսկ «Արմավիր» ՔԿՀ-ում Պարեկային ծառայության օրինակով քրեակատարողական ծառայողների պատրաստման կառուցակարգը, ինչպես նաև քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում փաստաբան-վստահորդ հաղորդակցությունը տեսազանգի միջոցով կազմակերպելու համար հատուկ ծրագիրը:

«Ապահովվելու է ՔԿՀ-ներում տեսահսկման համակարգերի ներդրման ծրագրի շարունակականությունը: Ծառայության աշխատանքն ավելի արդյունավետ կազմակերպելու նպատակով արդիականացվելու է «e-penitentiary» էլեկտրոնային կառավարման համակարգը, որի մասով այս տարի արդեն իսկ մրցույթը կայացել է, ունենք հաղթող ընկերություն, որն առաջիկա տարվա մեջ կսկսի աշխատանքները:

Շարունակելու ենք շեշտը դնել նաև դատապարտյալների վերասոցիալականացման վրա, «Սևան» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում բացելու ենք դատապարտյալների զբաղվածությունն ապահովող փայտամշակման արտադրամաս»,- նշեց Մինասյանը։

Նախարարի խոսքով՝ պրոբացիայի ոլորտում նախատեսվում է ձեռք բերել լրացուցիչ շուրջ 100-150 միավոր էլեկտրոնային մոնիթորինգի սարք, բարձրացնել պրոբացիայի ծառայողների պատրաստվածության մակարդակը, Արարատում բացված մասնագիտական կենտրոնի օրինակով շարունակաբար ընդլայնվելու է պրոբացիայի շահառուների մասնագիտական ուսուցման կենտրոնների թիվը:
