Գլխավոր դատախազության ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման գործերով վարչությունը պահանջ է ներկայացրել դատարանին՝ ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր, Երևանի նախկին քաղաքապետ Տ.Մ.-ից, նրա հետ փոխկապակցված վեց անձից՝ հօգուտ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բռնագանձել.

Երևան քաղաքի Ավան վարչական շրջանում գտնվող վեց բնակելի տուն, մեկ հասարակական նշանակության տարածք, Վայոց ձորի մարզի Ջերմուկ քաղաքում գտնվող մեկ ամառանոց, երկու տրանսպորտային միջոց, իսկ անհնարինության դեպքում՝ դրանց միջին շուկայական արժեք, որը կազմում է 1 մլրդ 528 մլն 800 հազար 500 դրամ.

Մեկ իրավաբանական անձում մասնակցության միջին շուկայական արժեք.
Երևան քաղաքում գտնվող մեկ անշարժ և երեք շարժական գույքերի միջին շուկայական արժեքներ.

853 մլն 402 հազար 782 դրամ, որից 755 մլն 154 հազար 928 դրամը՝ որպես ապօրինի եկամտի մնացորդ և 98 մլն 247 հազար 854 դրամ, որը չի հիմնավորվում անձի օրինական եկամուտներով, ունի ապօրինի ծագում և հնարավոր չէ բռնագանձել՝ հիմք ընդունելով ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման մասին օրենքի 20-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասը:
