Ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի բաժնի քրեական հետախույզների ու վետերաների համատեղ ձեռնարկած միջոցառումների և բացատրական աշխատանքի արդյունքում հունվարի 10-ին բաժին է ներկայացել 21-ամյա Էդգար Մ.-ն, որը 2022 թ. դեկտեմբերի 9-ից հետախուզվում էր ՀՀ նախկին քրեական օրենսգրքի 359-րդ հոդվածի (Զինծառայողների փոխհարաբերությունների կանոնագրքային կանոնները խախտելը նրանց միջև ստորադասության հարաբերությունների բացակայության դեպքում) մեղադրանքով:

Ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնի քրեական հետախույզների ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների և բացատրական աշխատանքի արդյունքում հունվարի 10-ին բաժին է ներկայացել 37-ամյա Անդրանիկ Կ.-ն, որը 2022 թ. դեկտեմբերի 26-ից ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնի կողմից հետախուզվում էր ՀՀ նախկին քրեական օրենսգրքի 243.1-րդ հոդվածի մեղադրանքով:

Ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժնի քրեական հետախույզների ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների և բացատրական աշխատանքի արդյունքում հունվարի 11-ին բաժին է ինքնակամ ներկայացել 27-ամյա Եղիշ Ա.-ն, որը հետախուզվում էր ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 396-րդ (Թմրամիջոցների, հոգեմետ (հոգեներգործուն) նյութերի, դրանց պատրաստուկների կամ դրանց համարժեք նյութերի (անալոգի) կամ դրանց ածանցյալների կամ պրեկուրսորների ապօրինի շրջանառությունն առանց իրացնելու նպատակի) և 344-րդ (Տրանսպորտային միջոցներ վարելու իրավունքից զրկված կամ այդ իրավունքը կասեցված անձի կողմից տրանսպորտային միջոցներ վարելը կամ այդ անձի կամ տրանսպորտային միջոցներ վարելու իրավունք չունեցող անձի կողմից հարբած (ոչ սթափ) վիճակում տրանսպորտային միջոց վարելը կամ սթափության վիճակի զննություն անցնելուց հրաժարվելը կամ խուսափելը) հոդվածների մեղադրանքով:
