ՀԱՊԿ-ն կա՛մ պետք է գործի, կա՛մ հայտարարի, որ ինքը գոյություն չունի: Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունվարի 12-ին, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասել է ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը:

«ՀԱՊԿ-ը կամ պետք է հայտարարի, որ Հայաստանի՝ Ջերմուկի մոտով, Սեւ լճի մոտով անցնող սահմանը  իր պատասխանատվության գոտին է, կամ պետք է հայտարարի, որ իր պատասխանատվության գոտին անորոշ է:

Այսինքն որտե՞ղ են ուզում զորավարժություն անել: Օրինակ, եթե Ջերմուկի կողքը զորավարժություն անենք, դա ինչո՞վ է ավարտվելու: Իրենք կգան երկու ժամով զորավարժություն կանեն, կգնան, մենք կմնանք մեր հակառակորդի եւ Թուրքիայի հետ դեմ առ դեմ: Կարծում եմ՝ Ռուսաստանի իսթեբլիշմենթը լավ հասկանում է՝ ինչ է կատարվում: Կարծում եմ՝ իրենք պետք է նաեւ ինչ-որ չափով գնահատեն մեր զսպվածությունը: Մենք ակնկալում ենք գոնե քաղաքական մակարդակով քայլեր, որոնք կբերեն իրավիճակի հանդարտեցմանը, Լաչինի միջանցքի բացմանը: Առնվազն ՀԱՊԿ-ի գլխավոր ուժը՝ Ռուսաստանը, որովհետեւ ես չեմ սպասում, որ բելառուս կամ ղազախ զինվորները կամ դիվանագետները դրանով կզբաղվեն: Մեզ մեղադրում են, թե լավ հարաբերություններ ունենք Ֆրանսիայի, ԱՄՆ-ի հետ, բայց գոնե հասցեական հայտարարություններ են հնչում այդ երկրների կողմից: Ամենալղոզված ու ոչ հասցեական հայտարարությունները մշտապես հնչում են այն կողմից, որտեղից պետք է լինեին մաքսիմալ հասցեական հայտարարություններ»,-ասել է նա:
