Հունվարի 12-ին «Առավոտ» լրատվական կայքում «Երեխայի աչքի առաջ առևանգել են գյումրեցի ընդդիմադիր իրավապաշտպանին» վերտառությամբ հոդված էր հրապարկվել, որը տարածվել է սոցցանցում և իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող զանազան մեկնաբանությունների տեղիք տվել: Այս մասին հայտնում են Ոստիկանությունից։ 

Պարզաբանենք, որ Գյումրու Վարդանանց հրապարակում ծառայություն իրականացրած պարեկները նկատել են, որ «Նիսան» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը տրանսպորտային միջոցը կայանել է հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց տրանսպորտային միջոցների համար նախատեսված և համապատասխան գծանշումով վայրում: Խախտումը արձանագրելու համար պարեկները վարորդից պահանջել են համապատասխան փաստատթղթեր:

Նա հրաժարվել է կատարել պարեկների օրինական պահանջը և հասարակական վայրում դրսևորել է ոչ իրավաչափ վարքագիծ, որն արտահայտվել է հայհոյանքներ հնչեցնելով, ոստիկանության ծառայողների այլ օրինական պահանջներին չենթարկվելով, նրանց դիմադրելով:

Պարեկները տղամարդուն խուլիգանության կասկածանքով ձերբակալել ու տեղափոխել են ոստիկանության Կումայրիի բաժին:

Դեպքի վերաբերյալ կազմված փաստաթղթերը փոխանցվել են տարածքային քննչական մարմնին:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Գյումրեցի ընդդիմադիր իրավապաշտպան Կարապետ Պողոսյանի կինը՝ Անգին Մալխասյանը, ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառում է կատարել՝ ահազանգելով, որ պարեկների ցուցումով Գյումրու կենտրոնական Վարդանանց հրապարակից իրենց մանկահասակ երեխայի աչքի առաջ առևանգել են ամուսնուն։

«Մեքենան կա, ամուսինս չկա

Ըստ տեղի պարեկների՝ անձնական ցուցումով առևանգել են ամուսնուս:

Ում անձնական ցուցումով է տեղի ունեցել քաղաքական հետապնդումն ու առևանգումը, մանկահասակ երեխայի աչքի առաջ»,- ներքոնշյալ լուսսանկարին կից գրել է Պողոսյանի կինը և հրավիրել ՀՀ ոստիկանության և ՀՀ ՄԻՊ-ի ուշադրությունը:
