Քաղաքական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պատմաբան Արմեն Այվազյանը գրառում է կատարել Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում.

«Այսօր Երևանում Ֆրանսիայի Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Յաել Բրաուն-Պիվեն բավականին ջուր ծեծեց, բայց միաժամանակ բացահայտեց Ադրբեջանի դեմ որևէ ճնշում չգործադրելու Ֆրանսիայի և կոլեկտիվ Արևմուտքի իրական մտադրությունները։ Նախ, նա իր անհամաձայնությունը հայտնեց Ադրբեջանի դեմ տնտեսական պատժամիջոցներ կիրառելու առաջարկության հետ։ Պատասխանելով այն հարցին, թե ինչո՞ւ Ֆրանսիան Հայաստանին սատարող հայտարարություններին զուգահեռ պատժամիջոցներ չի կիրառում ագրեսոր Ալիևի նկատմամբ, որի գործողությունների հետևանքով զոհվում են խաղաղ բնակիչներ, գրավվել են Հայաստանի տարածքներ, փակվել է Արցախի ճանապարհը, նա ասեց.
«Այսօր մենք համարում ենք, որ ամենից կարևորը խաղաղ կարգավորումն է ու երկխոսության վերականգնումը, մեր բոլոր ջանքերն ուղղված են դրան:
«Այսօր կարծում ենք՝ ԱՅԼ ՄԻՋՈՑՆԵՐ ԿԻՐԱՌԵԼԸ ՏԵՂԻՆ ՉԵՆ, քանի դեռ հնարավոր խաղաղության ու եկխոսության ճանապարհը սպառված չէ, քանի դեռ ամեն ինչ չենք փորձել այս առումով... այսօր կարևոր է, որ կողմերը վերադառնան երկխոսության»։
Դեռ մի բան էլ Հայաստանն իրենց պետք է հայտնի, թե ինչ կարելի է անել «երկխոսության վերադառնալու» համար («Կարծում եմ՝ շատ կարևոր է նաև, բնականաբար, Հայաստանի դերը մեզ ասելու, թե որոնք են այն պայմանները, որոնք թույլ կտան վերադառնալ երկխոսության», https://news.am/arm/news/739371.html; https://news.am/arm/news/739369.html)։
Այսինքն՝ ԲՐԱՈՒՆ-ՊԻՎԵՆ ԵԿԵԼ Է ՄԵԶ ՇԱՆՏԱԺԻ ԵՆԹԱՐԿԵԼՈՒ, ՀԱՍԿԱՑՆԵԼՈՒ, ՈՐ ԷԼԻ ԻՆՉ-ՈՐ ԲԱՆ ՊԵՏՔ Է ԶԻՋԵՆՔ ԱԴՐԲԵՋԱՆԻՆ։ Գուցեև գիտի, թե կոնկրետ ինչ են Արևմուտքում ուզում, որ զիջենք Ադրբեջանին։
Բրաուն-Պիվեն շարունակեց իր անլուրջ թեզերը. «Նախեւռաջ պետք է ողջունել, որ երկխոսությունը շարունակվում է՝ ինչպիսին էլ լինի իրավիճակը: Երկխոսության խզում չկա, մենք պետք է շարունակենք և շարունակում ենք ամրապնդել ջանքերը, որ երկխոսությունն արդյունքներ տա»։
Հարցին, թե արդյոք տեսնո՞ւմ է Ադրբեջանի կողմից երկխոսելու պատրաստակամություն, նա պատասխանեց. «Եթե մենք համարեինք, որ այդ ճանապարհն անարդյունավետ է, այդ ճանապարհով չէինք գնա: Մենք շարունակում ենք հավատալ, որ կարող ենք որոշակի խաղաղ լուծում գտնել բոլորս միասին... Ֆրանսիան շարունակում է այդ դերն ունենալ, որովհետեւ մենք Հայաստանի կողքին ենք»:» (https://news.am/arm/news/739378.html)։

Ըստ երևույթին, այս գործիչն ու նրա հետևում կանգնած ֆրանսիական քաղաքական բարձրագույն ղեկավարությունը հայերին լրիվ ապուշի տեղ են դրել։
Կարճ ասած՝ ինչպես և նրանից առաջ ԱՄՆ կոնգրեսի նախկին խոսնակ Նենսի Փելոզին, Ֆրանսիայի Ազգային ժողովի նախագահն էլ Երևան է ժամանել մեր աչքերին թոզ փչելու և դատարկաբանելու իբր այս դժվարին պահին Ֆրանսիայի և Արևմուտքի՝ Հայաստանին սատարելու մասին։
Ցավն այն է, որ բավականին մեծ թվով հայեր հավատալու են քաղաքական այս շառլատաններին...»։
