ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նախկին խորհրդական Արսեն Խառատյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է․

«Ազատի ողբերգությունը կարող է դառնալ Նիկոլի Մատաղիսը
Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ազատ գյուղի տարածքում տեղակայված զորամասի ինժեներասակրավորային վաշտի կացարանում 15 զոհի պատճառ դարձած պաշտոնական բացատրությունը որեւէ մեկի համար` մեղմ ասած համոզիչ չէ: Զարհուրելի այս միջադեպի բոլոր մանրամասները պետք է առավել թափանցիկ կերպով ներկայացվեն առաջին հերթին անդառնալի կորուստ կրած զոհերի ընտանիքներին եւ լայն հանրությանը:
Կառավարության նիստին մանկապարտեզի հեքիաթ հիշեցնող «բացատրությունը», է՛լ ավելի է խորացնում կասկածները, ինչին ավելանում է բանակի սպայի շատ կիրթ հարցազրույցը, որի նպատակն առավել քան պարզ է. «հանկարծ չփորձեք գլխիս սարքել»:
Եթե առաջիկայում տեղի ունեցածը առավել մանրամասն եւ համոզիչ կերպով չբացահայտվի, դրա մեղավորները պատասխանատվության չենթարկվեն, ընդ որում` խոսքը եւ՛ իրավական, եւ՛ քաղաքական պատասխանատվության մասին է, ապա սա դառնալու է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարության «Մատաղիսը», գործ, որի մանրամասները շատ լավ հիշում են եւ գիտեն գործող քաղաքական մեծամասնությունից շատերը:
Ստի ոտքը կարճ է պարոնայք իշխանավորներ, լավ իմացե՛ք, պարզունակ պատումներով հանրությանը շեղելու որեւէ վարքագիծ չի հանդուրժվելու»:
