«Միջազգային հանրության, աշխարհի առաջադեմ հասարակության ամենակոշտ գնահատականն անգամ ունակ չէ սթափեցնել բռնատիրական ռեժիմի պարագլուխներին։ Բնապահպանական կեղծ օրակարգի իրական թիրախը խաղաղ բնակչությունն է, որը պատանդի կարգավիճակում է պահվում»։ Այս մասին «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի իր էջում գրել է Շիրակի մարզպետ Նազելի Բաղդասարյանը՝ հիշեցնելով, որ Արցախը Հայաստանին ու աշխարհին կապող միակ ճանապարհը փակ է 44 օր։

«Ի հեճուկս Ադրբեջանի սին պնդումների՝ այժմ աշխարհին ի ցույց են դրվել այդ երկրի իրական նկրտումները՝ պետական մակարդակով հայատյացության քարոզի պտուղները։ Ծայրահեղ ատելության հռետորաբանության, խաղաղ բնակչության նկատմամբ ակնառու սպառնալիքների ու պարբերական բնույթ կրող ահաբեկումների տրամաբանական շարունակությունն են վերջին մեկ ու կես ամսվա գործողությունները։ Լաչինի միջանցքի արգելափակմամբ հումանիտար աղետի էությունը ադրբեջանական ռազմաքաղաքական վերնախավի ձեռագրաբանության ցցուն դրսեւորումն է, որն ավելի խորքային ասպեկտ ունի՝

Օրերս Ադրբեջանը հերթական անգամ խափանել է Հայաստանից Արցախը սնուցող միակ գազատարի աշխատանքը։ Խաղաղ բնակչությունը զրկված է ջեռուցումից, պարբերաբար էլեկտրաէնեգիայից, սննդից, բուժօգնությունից, ազատ տեղաշարժից, իսկ երեխաների իրավունքների աղաղակող խախտումները ակնառու են բոլորի համար։ Վերոգրյալը ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր Ասամբլեայի կողմից ընդունված Մարդու իրավունքների համընդհանուր Հռչակագրի բազմաթիվ դրույթների կոպտագույն խախտում է։

21-րդ դարում հումանիտար աղետի ու ցեղասպան շրջափակման գերնպատակը մեկն է՝ Արցախի հայաթափում, նժարին՝ 120 հազար մեր հայրենակցի  ճակատագիրը»։
