ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունում կադրային մի շարք փոփոխություններ են եղել

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանի՝ hունվարի 19-ի, 23-ի, 24-ի և 25-ի հրամաններով՝ Դատախազությունում տեղի են ունեցել կադրային մի շարք փոփոխություններ: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից։

 Գլխավոր դատախազը ստորագրել է պաշտոնից ազատման հետևյալ հրամանները՝

 • Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների դատախազ, արդարադատության երկրորդ դասի խորհրդական Գարեգին Մանուկյանն ազատվել է զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից:

 • Երևան քաղաքի Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների դատախազության ավագ դատախազ, արդարադատության երրորդ դասի խորհրդական Մամիկոն Գեղամյանն ազատվել է զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից:

Գլխավոր դատախազ Վարդապետյանը ստորագրել է նաև պաշտոնի նշանակման հրամաններ:

Մասնավորապես՝

 • Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազության պետական իշխանության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների գործերով վարչության պետի տեղակալ, արդարադատության երկրորդ դասի խորհրդական Գուրգեն Մադոյանը փոխադրվել է Երևան Քաղաքի Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների դատախազի պաշտոնին:

 • Առաջին դասի խորհրդական Ռեմ Ռշտունին նշանակվել է Արարատի մարզի դատախազի տեղակալի պաշտոնին՝ ազատվելով Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների դատախազության ավագ դատախազի պաշտոնից:

 • Երրորդ դասի խորհրդական Անի Միքայելյանը նշանակվել է Գլխավոր դատախազության միջազգային-իրավական համագործակցության վարչության դատախազի պաշտոնին՝ ազատվելով Երևանի կայազորի զինվորական դատախազության դատախազի պաշտոնից:

 • Արդարադատության երրորդ դասի խորհրդական Գևորգ Ավետիսյանը նշանակվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազության ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում մինչդատական վարույթի օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողության վարչության դատախազի պաշտոնին՝ ազատվելով Զինվորական կենտրոնական դատախազության զինվորական ծառայության դեմ ուղղված հատկապես կարևոր գործերով քննության նկատմամբ հսկողության բաժնի ավագ դատախազի պաշտոնից:

 • Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազության ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում մինչդատական վարույթի օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողության վարչության դատախազ, առաջին դասի խորհրդական Վաչե Ղազարյանը փոխադրվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում մինչդատական վարույթի օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողության վարչության ավագ դատախազի պաշտոնին:

 • Դավիթ Մուրադյանը նշանակվել է Գեղարքունիքի մարզի դատախազության դատախազի պաշտոնին՝ Ոստիկանությունում շնորհված լեյտենանտի կոչումը համապատասխանեցնելով երրորդ դասի խորհրդականի դասային աստիճանին:
