«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Արցախի շրջափակման 46-րդ օրն է: Երեկ Հայաստանի վարչապետը կառավարության նիստում ներկայացրեց իր ադրբեջանցի գործընկերների ծրագիրը․ «Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, Բաքվի պլանը հետեւյալն է՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում տնտեսական, հոգեբանական ճնշումը հասցնել ինչ-որ մի կուլմինացիոն կետի, դրանից հետո մի քանի օրով բացել միջանցքը՝ ակնկալիքով, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայերը զանգվածաբար կլքեն իրենց տները, կրկին փակել միջանցքը եւ հետո կրկին մի քանի օրով բացել, եւ այսպես այնքան, մինչեւ վերջին հայը կլքի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը»:

Անշուշտ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ավելի տեղեկացված է ադրբեջանցիների պլաններից, մենք դրանում կասկածներ չունենք: Բայց արցախյան մեր աղբյուրներն այլ տեղեկատվություն էլ են փոխանցում մեզ:

Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է պահանջել, որ իր եւ Արցախի միջեւ ոչ մի միջնորդ չլինի, որ Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններն ուղիղ բանակցեն Արցախի իշխանությունների հետ: Ընդ որում, ոչ միայն Հայաստանը հանդես չգա միջնորդի դերում, այլեւ Ռուսաստանը եւ «Ռուսաստանի նշանակած Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը»: Եվ ճանապարհը բացելու գլխավոր պայմանը մեկն է` Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի հեռացումը պետնախարարի պաշտոնից: Մեզ փոխանցեցին, որ Ադրբեջանից շատ կոշտ մեսիջ են փոխանցել` ճանապարհը չի բացվի, քանի դեռ Արցախում պաշտոնավարում է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը, եւ այդ հարցում որեւէ զիջման չեն գնալու:

Ցավոք սրտի, Արցախում արդեն որոշակի ալիք է բարձրանում` ընդդեմ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի պաշտոնավարման, եւ վաղը, մյուս օրը հնարավոր է, որ անգամ բողոքի ակցիաներ կազմակերպվեն` Վարդանյանին հեռացնելու պահանջով, որպեսզի ճանապարհը բացվի: Բայց Արցախում կան մարդիկ, որոնք դեմ են Վարդանյանի հեռացմանը: Դրան խիստ դեմ են նաեւ Արցախի նախկին նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը եւ նախկին իշխանությունների որոշ ներկայացուցիչներ: Մենք հետաքրքրվեցինք ռուսական կողմի վերաբերմունքով: Մեզ ասացին, որ ռուսներն այնքան են պասիվացել եւ մի կողմ քաշվել, որ իրենց համար միեւնույն է` Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը կպաշտոնավարի՞, թե՞ ոչ: Հակառակը` մի քանի անգամ Արցախի նախագահին մեսիջներ են փոխանցել, որ ազատ է այդ հարցում` կարող է հենց այսօր էլ ազատել Վարդանյանին:

Իրականում` Արցախում փակուղային վիճակում են հայտնվել. Զիջել ադրբեջանական պահանջներին եւ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին փոխել՝ նշանակում է դուռ բացել նոր զիջումների համար, չզիջել եւ շարունակել ապրել փակ ճանապարհներով, բլոկադայի մեջ՝ նույնպես հղի է վտանգներով եւ Արցախի հայաթափմամբ: Ի վերջո, այս վիճակը երկարելու դեպքում մարդիկ կգտնեն Արցախից հեռանալու ճանապարհը»։
