Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար, Օպերատիվ շտաբի պետ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն այսօր՝ հունվարի 27–ին,  շարունակել է համայնքային այցերը եւ հանդիպումներ է ունեցել Մարտունու շրջանի Սպիտակաշեն, Հաղորտի եւ Մուշկապատ համայնքներում:

Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք պետնախարարի աշխատակազմից, Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին ուղեկցել են ԱՀ տարածքային կառավարման եւ ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Սուրեն Գալստյանը, ԱՀ Ազգային ժողովի ‹‹Ազատ Հայրենիք - ՔՄԴ›› խմբակցության ղեկավար Արթուր Հարությունյանը, Մարտունու շրջանի վարչակազմի ղեկավար Էդիկ Ավանեսյանը, Օպերատիվ շտաբի անդամ, ՆԳՆ ԱԻՊԾ ներկայացուցիչ Կարեն Ավետիսյանը:

Հանդիպումների ընթացքում պետնախարարը խոսել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի շրջափակման հետեւանքով ստեղծված ճգնաժամային իրավիճակի, դրա ազդեցության մասին, ներկայացրել է Օպերատիվ շտաբի կողմից իրականացվող աշխատանքները, ինչպես նաեւ ապաշրջափական ուղղությամբ տարբեր ոլորտներում ու ասպարեզներում իրականացվող քայլերը:

Հանդիպումների մասնակից մարտունեցիների հարցերն առավելապես վերաբերել են Արցախի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակին, երկրի անվտանգությանն ու ապագային: Պատասխանելով հարցերին՝ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը եւս մեկ անգամ ընդգծել է, որ իր համար հստակ է, որ այս իրավիճակում հնարավոր բոլոր միջոցներով ու գործիքներով պետք է շարունակել պայքարել. «Պայքար չի նշանակում պատերազմ։ Պայքարել նշանակում է, որ մենք չենք համաձայնում այն ճանապարհին, որն առաջարկել է Ադրբեջանը։ Չենք դուրս գալու մեր հայրենիքից՝ անկախ դժվարություններից»։

Նա հիշեցրել է, որ միջազգային կարեւոր դերակատարները եւս հայտարարել են, որ Արցախի հարցը փակված չէ: Պատասխանելով օգնության ակնկալիքների մասին հարցին՝ պետնախարարն ասել է, որ պետք չէ որեւէ մեկի վրա հույս դնել եւ ձեռքերը ծալած նստել. «Առաջինը մե՛նք մեր գործը պետք է անենք, հետո նոր օգնություն ակնկալենք: Եթե ոչինչ չես անում, միայն հույս ես դնում ուրիշի վրա, ոչինչ չի ստացվի, բայց եթե պայքարում ես ու գործ ես անում, բոլորովին այլ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվում»:

Հանդիպումների մասնակից մարտունեցիները նշել են, որ պաշտպանում են այդ տեսակետը եւ ոչ մի իրավիճակում չեն պատրաստվում հեռանալ հայրենիքից ու լքել իրենց տունը:

Հանդիպմանը խոսվել է նաեւ մի շարք այլ հարցերի մասին: Պետնախարարը նշել է, որ այս իրավիճակում շատ կարեւոր է պահպանել բնակչության հետ հետադարձ կապը, ուստի Օպերատիվ շտաբի մյուս անդամները, Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորները նույնպես հանդիպումներ են ունենում համայնքներում:
