Վերջին տարիներին բազմիցս խոսվել է նմանատիպ լքված «ավտոմեքենաների» խնդրի մասին, այդ թվում կառավարության նիստերի ընթացքում, բայց մինչ օրս էլ բազմաթիվ են նման դեպքերը թե’ Երևանի կենտրոնական փողոցներում, թե’ շենքերի բակերում: Կարծում եմ այլ համայնքներում էլ կլինեն նման դեպքեր: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ՔՊ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արսեն Թորոսյանը՝ հրապարակելով լքված ավտոմեքենաների լուսանկարներ։

«Ես կարծում եմ, որ այս խնդրի լուծումը գտնելը հնարավոր է թե’ տեխնիկապես, թե օրենսդրական առումով, ինչպես նաև օր առաջ անհրաժեշտ է: Ինչքան էլ որ լինի սեփականության անձեռնամխելիության հարց, կարծում եմ մեր շատ քաղաքացիների համար անհասկանալի է, թե ինչու պետք է մեկի լքված սեփականությունը խաթարի այլոց բարեկեցությունը, համակեցության ընդհանուր կանոնները և մեր քաղաքների և երկրի տեսքը:

Որպես լուծում կարող է լինել համայնքներում նման լքված տրանսպորտային միջոցների համար հատուկ «կայանատեղիների» առանձնացումը, որտեղ կտեղափոխվեն նմանատիպ բոլոր լքված ավտոմեքենաները` մինչև ի հայտ կգան նրանց օրինական սեփականատերերը: Տեղափոխվելուց առաջ էլ պատշաճ ֆոտո և վիդեո նկարահանում կիրականցվի սեփականության վիճակի վերաբերյալ և արձանագրություն կկազմվի, որպեսզի սեփականատերերը որևէ պահանջներ չունենան համայնքներից, չնայած որ այս դեպքերում համայնքները պետք է լինեն պահանջատերերը: Չի բացառվում նաև, որ տեղափոխելիս հայտնվեն իրական սեփականատերերը, ովքեր անվճար կայանատեղի էին գտել իրենց մեքենաների համար:

Հ.Գ. նմանատիպ մի հարց էլ վարձույթով տրվող ավտոմեքենաների հարցն է, որոնք օրերով կանգնում են նույն տեղերում և մեր քաղաքացիները չեն կարողանում օգտվել այդ հատվածներում եղած կանգառներից: Կարծում եմ այդ հարցը նույնպես պետք է լուծվի»:
