Այս ամիս վարչական կիրառման մեջ է մտել Եվրոպական միության և Հայաստանի միջև Ընդհանուր ավիացիոն գոտու համաձայնագիրը: Փաստաթուղթը ստորագրվել է 2021 թ. նոյեմբերի 15-ին և նպատակ ունի վերացնել շուկայի սահմանափակումները և ստեղծել Հայաստանի և ԵՄ-ի միջև ընդհանուր ավիացիոն տարածք։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ԵՄ Արևելյան գործընկերության կայքում զետեղված հաղորդագրությունից:

Մասնավորապես, համաձայնագիրը նշանակում է, որ ԵՄ բոլոր ավիաընկերությունները կկարողանան ուղիղ չվերթեր իրականացնել ԵՄ ցանկացած կետից դեպի Հայաստանի ցանկացած օդանավակայան. նույն սկզբունքը կգործի հայկական ավիաընկերությունների համար։ Նաև կվերացվեն Հայաստանի և ԵՄ-ի միջև թռիչքների բոլոր սահմանափակումները, իսկ բաց և արդար մրցակցության դրույթները կերաշխավորեն հավասար պայմաններ:

Համաձայնագրով Հայաստանը հետագայում կհամապատասխանեցնի իր օրենսդրությունը ԵՄ ավիացիոն կանոններին և չափանիշներին այնպիսի ոլորտներում, ինչպիսիք են ավիացիոն անվտանգությունը, օդային երթևեկության կառավարումը, անվտանգությունը, շրջակա միջավայրը, տնտեսական կարգավորումը, մրցակցությունը, սպառողների պաշտպանությունը և սոցիալական ասպեկտները:

Եվրամիություն-Հայաստան Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրի պարտավորություններին համահունչ՝ 2023 թ.-ին ԵՄ-ն Հայաստանում քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի կարողությունների զարգացման համապարփակ աջակցություն կսկսի։

Ավելին, ԵՄ Ավիացիոն անվտանգության գործակալության հետ 2022 թ.-ի մարտին մեկնարկել է ԵՄ-ի կողմից ֆինանսավորվող երկամյա ծրագիր՝ տրամադրելու տեխնիկական աջակցություն, որպեսզի հետագայում էլ Հայաստանին աջակցություն տրամադրվի ավիացիոն անվտանգության վերահսկողության իր կարողությունների բարձրացման հարցում:
