Ֆրանսիայի Սենատի աշխատակազմը կտրամադրի հնարավոր աջակցությունը․ Էրիկ Տավերնիեն՝ Վահան Նարիբեկյանին

ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-գլխավոր քարտուղար Վահան Նարիբեկյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը Ֆրանսիայի Սենատի գլխավոր քարտուղար Էրիկ Տավերնիեի հրավերով աշխատանքային այցով մեկնել է Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետություն:

Սենատում կայացած հանդիպմանը ՀՀ ԱԺ աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-գլխավոր քարտուղար Վահան Նարիբեկյանը, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով գործընկերոջը հրավերի համար, ընդգծել է այն շարունակական աջակցությունը, որը Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետությունը բոլոր մակարդակներով ցուցաբերում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը. դրա վառ օրինակն է նաեւ այս այցը Ֆրանսիայի Սենատ:

Աշխատանքային այցի առաջին օրը երկու խորհրդարանների գլխավոր քարտուղարները քննարկել են աշխատակազմերի համագործակցության հայեցակարգը՝ հիմք ընդունելով 2021 թվականի նոյեմբերի 22-ին ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի եւ Ֆրանսիայի Սենատի նախագահ Ժերար Լարշեի կնքած՝ Հայաստանի Ազգային ժողովի եւ Ֆրանսիայի Սենատի միջեւ համագործակցության համաձայնագիրը: Վերոնշյալ համաձայնագրով նախատեսվում է ընդհանուր հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող բնագավառներում համագործակցություն եւ փոխանակումների ծրագիր. դրանք կարող են վերաբերել խորհրդարանների վարչական գործունեությանը, աշխատակազմերի վերապատրաստմանը, հանրային կապերի քաղաքականությանը:

Քննարկվել է նախանշված փոխգործակցությունն ինստիտուցիոնալ դարձնելու նպատակով երկու խորհրդարանների աշխատակազմերի միջեւ համագործակցության հուշագրի ստորագրման հարցը:

Ողջունելով գործընկերոջը՝ Սենատի գլխավոր քարտուղար Էրիկ Տավերնիեն վստահեցրել է, որ Ֆրանսիայի Սենատի աշխատակազմը կտրամադրի հնարավոր աջակցությունը եւ ողջունել Վահան Նարիբեկյանի` համագործակցության հուշագիր ստորագրելու առաջարկը:

Ազգային ժողովի աշխատակազմի կարողությունների զարգացման համատեքստում քննարկվել են նաեւ միջազգային ֆրանկոֆոն ծրագրերի օժանդակության տրամադրման մեխանիզմները:

Այցի շրջանակում հանդիպում է եղել նաեւ Սենատի գլխավոր քարտուղարի տեղակալ, Ինստիտուցիոնալ այցերի տնօրեն Բերտրան Ֆոլլինի հետ: Բերտրան Ֆոլլինը ներկայացրել է իր ղեկավարած ստորաբաժանումների առանձնահատկությունները, մասնավորապես, աշխատակազմի կողմից խորհրդարանի օրենսդրական գործունեության ապահովումը, Սենատի իրականացրած նորարարությունները, որոնք թույլ են տալիս էլեկտրոնային հանրագրերի ներկայացման հնարավորությամբ քաղաքացիներին առավել մասնակցային դարձնել օրենսդրական աշխատանքին: Մանրամասն ներկայացվել եւ քննարկվել են հետօրենսդրական մոնիտորինգի մեխանիզմների կարգավորմանն առնչվող հարցերը:
