Շրջափակման պատճառով Արցախում առնվազն 5 103 մարդ կորցրել է աշխատանքը և եկամտի աղբյուրը

Ադրբեջանի կառավարության գործակալները ահաբեկչական գործողություններով 52 օր շարունակ շրջափակման պայմաններում պատանդ են պահում Արցախի 120 000 բնակչությանը:

Շրջափակման պատճառով Արցախի 120 000 բնակչությունը (ներառյալ՝ շուրջ 30,000 երեխա, 20 000 տարեց, 9 000 հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձ) կրում է բազմաթիվ զրկանքներ և, ի թիվս այլ իրավունքների խախտման, կանգնած է թերսնման և ցրտահարման մեծ ռիսկի առջև:

Շրջափակման պայմաններում սննդի սրացող սղության պատճառով հունվարի 9-ից փակվել է 41 մանկապարտեզ, 20 երկարօրյա ուսումնական հաստատություն։

5,528  երեխա այլևս չի կարողանում մանկապարտեզ հաճախել՝ զրկվելով համապատասխան խնամք և սնունդ ստանալու հնարավորությունից:

Ստեղծված տնտեսական բարդ իրավիճակի պատճառով նախնականորեն առնվազն 5 103 մարդ կորցրել է աշխատանքը և եկամտի աղբյուրը։

Ավելի քան 20 400 տոննա կենսական նշանակության ապրանքներ կմակատարարվեին Արցախ, եթե չլիներ շրջափակումը, որի ընթացքում Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի և ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորակազմի կողմից մատակարարվել է դրա միայն չնչին մասը:

Շրջափակման մեկնարկից ի վեր աշխարհի բազմաթիվ երկրներ ու միջազգային կազմակերպություններ դատապարտել են Ադրբեջանի գործողությունները և կոչ արել վերացնել շրջափակումը: Հարցը քննարկվել է նաև ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդում, Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանը պարտավորեցրել է Ադրբեջանին ձեռնարկել բոլոր անհրաժեշտ և բավարար միջոցները վերացնելու շրջափակումը, հարցը շուտով կքննարկվի նաև  ՄԱԿ-ի Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանում (Հաագա)՝ Ռասայական խտրականության վերացման կոմիտեի վարույթի շրջանակներում:
