Շուրջ 4 միլիարդ 500 միլիոն դրամ և 1 միլիարդ 200 միլիոնի գույք: Սրանք Սերժ Սարգսյանի եղբոր՝ Լյովա Սարգսյանի, նրա որդու՝ Նարեկ Սարգսյանի և դստեր գույքն ու դրամական միջոցներն են, որոնք, ըստ դատախազության, ունեն ապօրինի ծագում և ենթակա են բռնագանձման:

«Բռնագանձման է ենթակա Լյովա Ազատի Սարգսյանից և նրա ընտանիք անդամներից 9 միլիոն 408 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլարին համարժեք դրամ, որից միայն առևտրային բանկում առկա ավանդի գումարը կազմում է 6 միլիոն 800 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար, ինչպես նաև օրինական եկամուտներով չեն հիմնավորվել 9 անշարժ գույքի ձեռքբերում, 2 շարժական գույքերի ձեռքբերում, ինչպես նաև մասնակցություններ 3 կազմակերպություններում»,-1lurer-ին ասել է ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման գործերով վարչության պետի տեղակալ Տիգրան Ենոքյանը:

Լյովա Սարգսյանի մասով դատախազությունը ապօրինի է դիտարկել մեկ անշարժ գույք, ավտոմեքենա, նաև առևտրային բանկում առկա ավանդի գումարը՝ 3 միլիոն 500 հազար դոլար:

Ըստ Տիգրան Ենոքյանի՝ Նարեկ Սարգսյանի վարույթի շրջանակներում ապօրինի է դիտարկվել կրկին առևտրային բանկում առկա ավանդի գումար 2 միլիոն 470 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլարի չափով, իսկ Անի Սարգսյանի ուսումնասիրության շրջանակներում ապօրինի է դիտարկվել 760 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլարի ավանդի գումարները:

Նարեկ Սարգսյանից հօգուտ պետության բռնագանձման պահանջ է ներկայացվել ևս 8 անշարժ գույքի, մեկ տրանսպորտային միջոցի և երկու ընկերություններում բաժնետոմսերի վերաբերյալ: Մասնավորապես 3 անշարժ գույք Արմավիր, Զարթոնք, Մյասնիկյան և Մերձավան համայնքներում, 1 անշարժ գույք ու 2 հողամաս Երևանում և մեկ հողամաս՝ Դիլիջանում:

Գլխավոր դատախազության պաշտոնյայի խոսքով՝ երեք վարույթների արդյունքում անշարժ և շարժական գույքերի, ինչպես նաև մեկ ընկերության շուկայական արժեքը 1 միլիարդ 260 միլիոն դրամ է կազմում:

Լյովա Սարգսյանը աշխատանքային գործունեությունը սկսել է 1981 թվականից: Տարբեր տարիների եղել է մի շարք երկրներում Հայաստանի դեսպանը կամ հյուպատոսը:

Ուսումնասիրության ընթացքում իրավասու մարմինը պարզել է, որ գույքերը, որոնք չեն հիմնավորվել Լյովա Ազատի Սարգսյանի օրինական եկամուտներով, դրանք 2003 թվականից հետո ձեռք բերած գույքերին է վերաբերում:

Ըստ Ենոքյանի՝ Սարգսյանը իր աշխատավարձով և դրան հավասարեցված օրինական եկամուտներով չէր կարող ձեռք բերել անշարժ գույքերն ու առևտրային բանկում ավանդներ ներդնել:
