ԱՄՆ Կոլումբիայի համալսարանի Խաղաղության հաստատման և մարդու իրավունքների ինստիտուտի կողմից կազմակերպվել էր «Հայոց երկրորդ ցեղասպանության կանխարգելում. Ադրբեջանը փակում է Լաչինի միջանցքը և Արցախը զրկում կենսական պայմաններից՝ ձգտելով հայաթափել այն» խորագրով առցանց վեբինարը, որին հնարավորություն ունեցա մասնակցել Ամերիկայի հայկական համագումարի համանախագահ Վան Գրիգորյանի, ԱՄՆ Սենատի արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի անդամ Քրիս Վան Հոլենի և  Կոլումբիայի համալսարանի Խաղաղության հաստատման և մարդու իրավունքների ծրագրի տնօրեն Դեյվիդ Ֆիլիփսի հետ միասին:
