ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի հետաքննության և օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչությունը, տնտեսական հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի շրջանակում, բացահայտել է  սոցիալական ցանցերի միջոցով դեղամիջոցների և վիտամինների ապօրինի իրացման դեպք:

Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի հետաքննության և օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչություն ստացվել էին տեղեկություններ, որ Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչ Մ. Ս.-ն «Ամազոն» համացանցային կայքի միջոցով ձեռք է բերում դեղանման ապրանքատեսակներ․ դրանք գովազդում և իրացնում է ֆեյսբուքյան էջի միջոցով: Հետաքննության և օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչության աշխատակիցների ձեռնարկած միջոցառումների շրջանակում, հեռախոսազանգի միջոցով տվյալ քաղաքացու հետ ձեռք  են բերվել պայմանավորվածություններ՝ գովազդվող ապրանքատեսակների ձեռք բերման վերաբերյալ: Նախօրոք պայմանավորված վայրում Մ. Ս.-ն, երկու դեպքով, հետաքննության և օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչության աշխատակիցներին կանխիկ դրամով վաճառել է ընդհանուր 45.000  դրամի դեղանման՝  «Ադվիլ- իբուպրոֆեն» «Վիտամին D3», «Նևրոբալանս, ցինկ, մագնեզիում և վիտամին B6» տեսակի ապրանքատեսակներ:

Իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ քաղաքացին չունի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգով ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեության իրականացման համար պետական գրանցում, հաշվառված չէ հարկային մարմնում:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության առողջապահության նախարարությունից ստացված տեղեկատվության համաձայն, գնված ապրանքատեսակներից՝ «Ադվիլ-իբուպրոֆեն» տեսակի  հաբերը հանդիսանում է դեղամիջոց:

Ձեռնարկված  օպերատիվ-հետախուզական  միջոցառումների  արդյունքում  պարզվել է նաև, որ քաղաքացին իրականացրել է ապօրինի ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեություն, այդ թվում՝  դեղամիջոցի վաճառք:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հարկային օրենսգրքի 407-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով կազմված արձանագրությունն ուղարկվել է Կոմիտեի իրավաբանական վարչություն` վարչական վարույթ իրականացնելու համար:

Հետաքննության և օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչությունն իրականացնում է անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ` պետությանը պատճառված վնասի չափը պարզելու համար:

Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներին հորդորում է՝  զերծ մնալ սոցիալական ցանցերի միջոցով, կասկածելի ծագում ունեցող՝ առողջության համար հնարավոր վտանգ ներկայացնող  դեղեր և վիտամիններ ձեռք բերելուց:
