Ուկրաինայում հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման հավանականությունը նվազում է, էսկալացիայի ռիսկը՝ մեծանում: Այս մասին հայտարարել է ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Անտոնիո Գուտերեշը:

«Խաղաղության հեռանկարները անընդհատ նվազում են: Հետագա էսկալացիայի և արյունահեղության հավանականությունը մեծանում է: Ես չեմ վախենում, որ աշխարհը կուրորեն գնում է դեպի ավելի լայնածավալ պատերազմi: Նա դրան գնում է լայն բացած աչքերով», - ասել է նա:

«Աշխարհը խաղաղության կարիք ունի, խաղաղություն՝ համաձայն ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրության և միջազգային իրավունքի»,- նշել է Գուտերեշը։

Գուտերեշը հավելել է, որ այլ երկրներում հակամարտությունները շարունակվում են։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ, դրանք ազդում են մոլորակի մոտ 2 միլիարդ մարդու վրա:

«Մերձավոր Արևելքում երկու պետությունների սկզբունքով կարգավորման հեռանկարներն ավելի հեռու են, քան երբևէ: Աֆղանստանում կանանց իրավունքները կոպտորեն ոտնահարվում են, և ահաբեկչական հարձակումները շարունակվում են: Իրավիճակը տագնապալի արագությամբ թեժանում է Սահելում: Մյանմարը ապրում է բռնությունների և ռեպրեսիաների նոր ցիկլ։ Հաիթիում ավազակախմբերը պատանդ են պահում ողջ երկիրը»,- ասել է կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղարը։
