Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքելու բանակցությունները շարունակական գործընթաց են, և Հայաստանը հաստատակամորեն է ներգրավված այդ բանակցություններում:

Գերմանիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարի հետ հանդիպումից հետո կայացած ասուլիսի ընթացքում այս մասին ասել է ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը:

«Մենք նպատակ ունենք շարունակել մեր ակտիվ ջանքերը մեր տարածաշրջանում կայուն և երկարատև խաղաղություն կառուցելու գործում: Ուզում եմ տեղեկացնել, որ դեկտեմբերին նախատեսվում էր իմ, Ադրբեջանի և Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարների հերթական հանդիպումը: Այս անգամ այն պետք է տեղի ունենար Մոսկվայում, բայց Լաչինի միջանցքի արգելափակման պատճառով հայկական կողմը հետաձգեց մասնակցությունը: Եվ, չնայած այս հանգամանքին, մենք ադրբեջանական կողմին փոխանցեցինք մեր նոր առաջարկները խաղաղության պայմանագրի շուրջ: Եվ պետք է նաև տեղեկացնեմ, որ մի քանի օր առաջ ստացել ենք ադրբեջանական արձագանքը և առաջարկները: Սա շարունակական գործընթաց է, և մենք շարունակում ենք աշխատել տեքստի վրա՝ մի քանի փուլերով փոխանակելով առաջարկները և շարունակելով քննարկումը»,- նշել է ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարը:

Նա հավելել է, որ, թեև Լաչինի միջանցքի արգելափակումը շարունակվում է, ինչպես նաև շարունակում են գոյություն ունենալ մնացած բոլոր մարտահրավերները, բանակցային գործընթացը կանգնած չէ, բանակցությունները շարունակվում են: «Այդ բանակցությունների հաջող և ավելի հարթ ընթացքին ամենևին չեն նպաստում Ադրբեջանի շարունակական ռազմատենչ հռետորաբանությունը, ատելության քարոզը հայերի նկատմամբ, ինչպես նաև ագրեսիվ գործողությունները գետնի վրա»,- ասել Միրզոյանը՝ ևս մեկ վերահաստատելով, որ հայկական կողմը հավատարիմ է խաղաղության օրակարգին և շարունակելու է ջանքերը տարածաշրջանում երկարատև ւ կայուն խաղաղություն հաստատելու ուղղությամբ:
