Երևանի քաղաքապետարանից հայտնում են, որ Երևանի մետրոպոլիտենի կայարանային համալիրներում և կայարանների հարակից տարածքներում լուսավորման համակարգերի արդիականացման լայնածավալ ծրագրեր են իրականացվում։ Աշխատանքային հերթական խորհրդակցության ժամանակ զեկուցվել է, որ արդեն իսկ նոր ու ժամանակակից լապտերներով են կահավորված «Հանրապետության հրապարակ» կայարանն ու հարակից տարածքները:

Առավել  արդյունավետ ու արագ սպասարկում ապահովելու նպատակով վարչական բոլոր շրջանների քաղաքացիների սպասարկման տարածքներում տեղադրվել են POS-տերմինալներ: Հարկ է նշել, որ անշարժ գույքի հարկի և փոխադրամիջոցի գույքահարկի վճարումները քաղաքացիները վարչական շրջանների սպասարկման տարածքներում կարող են իրականացնել քարտային համակարգի միջոցով:

Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջանում կանաչ տարածքների խնամքը պատշաճ կազմակերպելու համար ընթացիկ տարում կանցկացվի ոռոգման նոր համակարգ և կկառուցվի նոր պոմպակայան:  

2023թ. Գետառի վրա ջրերի մաքրման կայանի կառուցման բնապահպանական ծրագիր կիրականացվի։ Մշակվել է տեխնիկական բնութագրին համապատասխան նախագիծ. կառույցն իր հնարավորություններով բացառիկ է լինելու:  

Երևանյան հուշարձաններին կից կտեղադրվեն մշակութային կոթողների մասին  տեղեկություններ պարունակող հատուկ ցուցանակներ: Գործընթացն իրականացվում է ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության հետ համատեղ: Ծրագրի շրջանակում կկազմվի հուշարձանների ցանկ, կընտրվեն ցուցանակների էսքիզային տարբերակները, կմշակվեն  եռալեզու տեքստեր:  

Մայրաքաղաքում միջազգային վարկային ծրագրերով ընթացքի մեջ է Բաբաջանյան-Աշտարակ ճանապարհահատվածի կառուցումը: Բարեկարգման աշխատանքներ են տարվում նաև Բաբաջանյան փողոց - Արգավանդի խճուղի 1 կմ-ոց հատվածում: 
Երևանի էներգաարդյունավետության ծրագրով ընթացքի մեջ են 10-ը մանկապարտեզի հիմնանորոգման աշխատանքները: Նախագծի շրջանակում նախակրթարաններում ապահովվում են էներգաարդյունավետ և անվտանգ պայմաններ:

Բազմաբնակարան բնակելի շենքերում քաղաքացիների անվտանգությունն ապահովելու նպատակով մուտքերի դռներին տեղադրվում են գաղտնագրով փականներ: Հանձնարարվել է համատիրություններին հորդորել, որ բնակիչների հետ սերտ գործակցությամբ գործընթացն ակտիվացնեն: Մայրաքաղաքում առկա 13123 մուտքից 6814-ում բացակայում են փականները:
