Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն արտաքին տնտեսական գործունեության մասնակիցներին տեղեկացնում է, որ փոփոխություն է կատարվել ՀՀ ՊԵԿ նախագահի 2018 թ. հունիսի 6-ի «Մաքսային գործառնությունների իրականացման վայրերը սահմանելու մասին» N 342-Լ հրամանի 9.1–րդ կետում, որի համաձայն, մինչև 2023թ-ի ապրիլի 1-ը ներառյալ, ԱՏԳ ԱԱ 8702, 8703, 8704 ապրանքային դիրքերին դասվող և պետական սահմանի Բագրատաշենի անցումային կետում գրանցված տարանցիկ հայտարարագրերով՝ ինքնաշարժ եղանակով ներմուծվող տրանսպորտային միջոցների «Բացթողում՝ ներքին սպառման համար», «Հրաժարում՝ հօգուտ պետության» մաքսային ընթացակարգերով մաքսային գործառնությունները, ինչպես նաև վերոնշյալ  ապրանքային դիրքերին դասվող և ազատ շրջանառության համար բացթողնման նպատակով, որպես անձնական օգտագործման տրանսպորտային միջոց ներմուծվող ապրանքների նկատմամբ մաքսային գործառնությունները, հայտարարատուի ցանկությամբ, կարող են իրականացվել նաև ՀՀ ՊԵԿ Արևելյան մաքսատուն-վարչությունում: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՊԵԿ-ից։

Կատարված փոփոխությունների համաձայն, մինչև 2023թ-ի փետրվարի 20-ը ներառյալ պետական սահմանի Գոգավանի անցումային կետում գրանցված տարանցիկ հայտարարագրերով՝ բեռնարկղներով  ներմուծվող ԱՏԳ ԱԱ 8702, 8703, 8704 ապրանքային դիրքերին դասվող տրանսպորտային միջոցների «Բացթողում՝ ներքին սպառման համար», «Հրաժարում՝ հօգուտ պետության» մաքսային ընթացակարգերով մաքսային գործառնությունները, ինչպես նաև վերոնշյալ ապրանքային դիրքերին դասվող և ազատ շրջանառության համար բացթողնման նպատակով, որպես անձնական օգտագործման տրանսպորտային միջոց ներմուծվող ապրանքների նկատմամբ մաքսային գործառնությունները, հայտարարատուի ցանկությամբ, կարող են իրականացվել նաև ՀՀ ՊԵԿ Երևանի մաքսային սպասարկման  կենտրոն մաքսատուն-վարչությունում:

Միաժամանակ կոմիետն հայտնում է, որ Գոգավանի անցումային կետում գրանցված տարանցիկ հայտարարագրերով՝ բեռնարկղներով ներմուծվող ավտոմեքենաները հնարավոր է լինելու հետագա մաքսային ձևակերպման ուղարկել Երևան՝ մինչև 2023 թվականի փետրվարի 20-ը, իսկ Բագրատաշենով ինքնաշարժ ներմուծվող ավտոմեքենաները՝ Վանաձոր՝ մինչև 2023 թվականի ապրիլի 1-ը:
